The most rude staff at the hotel. Asked for help as WiFi wasn't working in my room, and they sent someone named Greg, he then proceed to "fix" the TV which wasn't a problem, and when I asked about WiFi issue he started shouted at my face throwing hands at my face. I asked "receptionist", not sure what was her name what's the matter with him and she proceeds makeing faces and rolling her eyes says she has no idea
Absolutely appalling for hospitality service, don't hire people who are unable to talk to the guests properly.

Stated three times before but time to change! Rooms are very cheap looking - booked a double room for a single traveller and had a rollaway bed in the room which was strange - apparently that's how they have it in case they get families... but they knew I am a single travellers. Bathroom amenities dispense was empty (realised when I was in the shower), they left cheap looking small bottles of shampoo on the vanity.
Stupidly left the key in the lock and needed to ring the bell of the hotel at 10pm (my fault). VERY unpleasant and border line aggressive lady told me I have to pay 50$ cash (she emphasized CASH a few times) of someone to come in and get me in. Then someone (I assume owner) let me in and he was very very annoyed with me because I made him come out I guess. Didn't feel the hospitality

Service from the front desk staff was good. However, the advertised pictures are not a true representation of the actual rooms. Everything is squeezed in, so tight we couldn't open the fridge completely due to the position of the lounge. (Couldn't move it as it was squeezed in as well).
Mould on the roof of the shower. Old microwave that didn't work properly. Rusted and broken outdoor table on the balcony. We stayed for 4 nights, and our room wasn't serviced on the last night. Couldn't park in the security parking as the height limit wasn't advised on booking, if it was, then I would have taken the other car.
Not happy, and we won't be returning!

Great affordability. Room was nice and tidy. Easy to checkin and out. Wish the spa was a little warmer.

The staff at the Outrigger have always been helpful& friendly, the rooms clean and tidy. There are discounts at surrounding eateries, and there are quite a few selections. Will continue to stay there whenever I am able to obtain a room.
