I don’t understand any of the negative reviews, I had a great experience. The location is great, minutes walk to the beach and close to all services. Bus to Nobby Beach or Burleigh Heads is right outside and takes 10 minutes, and an Uber was about 8 $. John in the reception was lovely, gave recommendations about local spots and when I had forgot a clothing item when I checked out I called and he immediately sorted it out for me. Free parking in the garage, and pool and jacuzzi are open from 8am - 9pm. I would definitely stay again!

We live on the Sunshine Coast so when we need an affordable stay we always stay here. We normally get the ground floor and it’s great! The rooms are a good size. The walk to the beach, Cole’s and locate coffee shop - caffeine kings across the road and travel into the main part of Burleigh is so easy why would you stay anywhere else. Parking is also good!

I was absolutely impressed with the hosts, beautiful people, there is alot going on, extensive road works out the front, and continuous development was going on out the back, elevators were inoperable, yet the hosts were calm and helpful! I will absolutely be back! Just because of the laid back feeling, and I felt like I mattered! And even though all this stuff was going on
i had the best nights sleep, and had the best food from Miami Rice. Thankyou!!! I'll be back!!!

Nice, simple, clean accommodation. 2 mins from the beach, shops and restaurants. Would stay again.
