Rudest receptionist I’ve ever met. She was going to refuse to see my sick granddaughter because I didn’t have her Medicare card even though I had her number. Said it was a legal requirement to sight the card. Then she told me her my daughter should have thought about that before going on an overseas holiday. She finally agreed to book her in and said it was the only time she would make an exception.
Was initially told the wait would be an hour, after 2 hours I enquired how much longer and told still another hour. I then left and went to Southport Urgent Care who were brilliant and said “no need for the Medicare card, we can easily look it up online”!

I would like to express my disappointment regarding the receptionist currently working at this medical center. She is, without a doubt, the rudest staff member I have encountered in Australia. Her disrespectful tone and unprofessional behavior, along with the lack of clear information, forced me to cancel my pre-scheduled appointment despite having waited in advance. I did not receive any apology, and I ended up canceling the newly scheduled appointment as well before leaving for home. Having an unwell family member is already upsetting, and her rude attitude only made the situation worse for me.

My GP was closed. Hospital emergency departments are usually very busy. I asked my chemist where an after hours doctor was. He told me about Our Medical Ashmore. From the moment I entered, every member of staff was alert, listening and couldn't have done better. I'm very, very grateful you're there. Thank you.

We’ve been here many times with no issue. I understand that we need to wait for long but I was ok with it as we like the doctors here. They are more caring than the other ones we went. But today i got told the wrong information by the receptionist on duty and we waited for more than 2 and half hours for nothing.
We came for my daughter immunisation and I purposely went to confirm with the receptionist if there will be nurse available as it was close to 5pm and we still haven’t been called yet. I was being assured that the nurse will be there until 8pm. However when we got called at 5.40pm and the doctor tried to go and look for the nurse. He was told that there was no more nurse available.
Not happy at all. Please educate your receptionist better as our time as patients are as valuable as the doctors and nurses time.

Fantastic service from the Doctors, Nurses and Reception staff. I have been multiple times over the last 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. The reception staff are so helpful and always smile. There can be long waits as its a walk-in centre but after seeing the amount of people who are sitting there I understand, I either wait or go back another day. The Doctors are also so knowledgeable and listen to what I have to say without judgement, which is a nice change. I will definitely continue coming here :)
