The team at Optimal Health are fantastic. So efficient, thorough, and truly great at what they do. The X-ray check-ins give me confidence that the treatment is genuinely making a difference. I look forward to my chiro appointments, and I feel an improvement after each session.

I’ve been seeing Dr Nick for a couple of years now and I can’t recommend him and his team enough. Their care has made such a positive difference in my life. Every visit feels welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on my wellbeing. In addition, the rest of the team is just as incredible - Brodie and Anton are always friendly, helpful, and accomodating. I’ve also seen remedial massage therapist Warwick, and his treatments have been a perfect complement to my chiropractic care. I am always excited about my treatments with this team and I am certain I will continue seeing them for many years to come.

Our family has known the team at Optimal Health for 17 years. They have seen my children since they were born. Kept my husband, who is a builder, strong and injury free. They have helped me through many phases of life, pregnancies, postpartum, high stress. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Nick is the best chiropractor on the Gold Coast. My family (including 3 kids) have been attending his practice for 5 years now. He has helped me with realignment of my body and also helps adjust me after bumps and falls from playing sport. He is kind and gentle and checks in with your general health giving a holistic experience. All the staff are friendly and very helpful.
