Optimal Health Chiropractic is the ultimate blessing on so much more than my health! I was under care for numerous years during my late-teens to early-adulthood, and found to have good results. I have recently returned to Optimal Health after immense back-pain and health issues, knowing that I would be able to receive adequate and accurate insight into my spinal health concerns. For the last 3 or so months, I have been undergoing regular chiropractic adjustments, and also seeing the in-house remedial therapist. Upon starting care, I was in excruciating nerve pain daily and my body was exhausted through the constant pain and insufficient absorption of nutrients because of the inflammation in my system. Not only have my adjustments stabilised my spinal injury, but after 12 weeks, I am seeing improvement and healing. I am doing my best to follow all suggestions in my care plan such as nightly traction, supplements, stretching, exercise, and of course my weekly adjustments. The professionalism and expertise that Dr Nick, and his team provide, are beyond valuable to me and my health. By receiving accurate diagnosis of my condition, seeing visible improvements in my spine/health/mental clarity/sleep quality/improvement in reduced inflammation, and overall better quality of life, truly encourages me on my recovery and results in feeling extremely cared for by the team at Optimal Health, and to know a whole team is cheering me on behind the scenes through such a difficult time of health recovery. I started going to optimal health as I’d been referred by a friend and I’ve never looked back! After having multiple back flare ups and ending up in hospital, since seeing Dr Nick at optimal health I’ve experienced nothing but improvement and no more flare ups. I’ve felt heard and looked after. The receptionist is super lovely and always very accomodating with working around my busy work schedule to get me. I especially love that they have a massage therapist that works alongside the adjustment process and it feels very safe!

Wonderful professional team at optimal, always exceed my expectations in all areas. Been with them for 9 months they always are able to adjust to my busy schedule. Brodie on reception is awesome. Would definitely not hesitate to recommend this team.

I am so so grateful to Dr Nick and the whole team at Optimal Health Chiropractic for their professionalism in what they do and did for me. I can't recommend them highly enough!
I have noticed massive improvements in my posture, my overall health and all the problems I came in with. My sister visited from Europe and had an appointment with Dr Nick who was able to help her find the cause of her massive migraines (which she had for years), but not only that, he even found a chiropractor that uses the same approach and techniques a few kilometres away from my hometown back in Europe!!! 🌺
