I wanted to book a treatment and I knew exactly what I wanted but I was told that I will need a consultation with their doctor and they assess my skin and prepare treatment plan for me. Never mind what I want. Then the consult that I don’t want will cost me $120 non refundable even if I purchase the treatment that want for $750. I understand that it’s legal requirement since March 2024 to have consult before receiving the treatment for new patients but most clinics offer either free consultation or refundable with treatment. I asked the receptionist few times and she confirmed that it’s not refundable and any first treatment I have in the clinic will cost me $120 more.

Loved my full hydration facial with Tracey. She is extremely knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed the cleaning/microdermabrasion experience. I am also planning to go back to get an SQT to resurface my face for old, deep acne scars. I would highly recommend this clinic, but I will definitely try to book all my appointments with Tracey since she knows my skin history.

Went there for 3 IPL photo rejuvenation treatments. I noticed no difference in my treatments. I didn’t even experience a slight side effect eg: sunburnt feeling. The women that work there are lovely and after chatting to them it seems they are under strict guidelines so they couldn’t increase the settings even after I complained. I wouldn’t even bother returning. A waste of time and money with no results.
P.s I just got the below reply from the clinic that the therapists follow manufacturer guidelines. That is obviously true as they must have gone well below the recommended guideline as it had zero effect on my skin. This is not what clients pay for, they pay for results and my expectations was not met not even close. Also the test patch they must have used a higher setting that actually worked as I have only one small white patch on my cheek but they decided to go well below this with my treatment to be ‘safe’ but unfortunately ineffective.

I’ve had roughly 7 facials done with Tracey and each one has been the perfect treatment. She exceeds my expectations every time with her attention to detail, her incredible knowledge and consideration of the face, the treatment, and skincare in general. She is thorough with extractions, and her incorporated facial/décolletage massage completes the experience. My skin health has improved immensely since visiting Tracey, and I leave feeling and looking 100% better. She’s an expert, and I’d highly recommend booking a treatment. A customised facial might be best because she’ll do what’s best for your skin. Can’t recommend Oo lala highly enough.

I have been doing my anti wrinkles since 2018 at this lovely clinic and Sophie is the kindest and with angel hands performs an amazing job! I did my lips with her and no pain at all, highly recommend Sophie 😊
