Loved my full hydration facial with Tracey. She is extremely knowledgeable and I thoroughly enjoyed the cleaning/microdermabrasion experience. I am also planning to go back to get an SQT to resurface my face for old, deep acne scars. I would highly recommend this clinic, but I will definitely try to book all my appointments with Tracey since she knows my skin history.

Went there for 3 IPL photo rejuvenation treatments. I noticed no difference in my treatments. I didn’t even experience a slight side effect eg: sunburnt feeling. The women that work there are lovely and after chatting to them it seems they are under strict guidelines so they couldn’t increase the settings even after I complained. I wouldn’t even bother returning. A waste of time and money with no results.
P.s I just got the below reply from the clinic that the therapists follow manufacturer guidelines. That is obviously true as they must have gone well below the recommended guideline as it had zero effect on my skin. This is not what clients pay for, they pay for results and my expectations was not met not even close. Also the test patch they must have used a higher setting that actually worked as I have only one small white patch on my cheek but they decided to go well below this with my treatment to be ‘safe’ but unfortunately ineffective.

I have to say I never really thought much about my skin care until I visited Tracey at the ooh La La cosmetics clinic. She is amazing and really understands the treatments she offers and I love her calm and relaxing technique. She never makes me feel rushed and spends the time needed to complete the correct treatment, I have been to many places that are out of the room more than they are in it , I can assure you that Tracey and the team are always working on some part of the skin care treatment and hardly ever leave the room. So you feel pampered for the full experience. 5stars heading to Tracey and Ooh La La cosmetics ❤️ ps see if you are lucky to get one of her fantastic neck massages 🥰
