I am absolutely thrilled with the experience I had at Oi Cosmetics Helensvale with my amazing dermal therapist Jodi!
From the moment I walked into the clinic, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the staff were all friendly and professional.
My therapist Jodi, is not only skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly welcoming and friendly. She took the time to listen to my concerns about my skin and preferences before suggesting the best treatment plan for me. Throughout the initial session, she explained each step clearly and answered all my questions with patience and expertise. It was evident that she was passionate about skincare and genuinely cared about achieving the best results for me.
I have now been seeking Jodi religiously for over 3 months now I am already seeing amazing results after my treatments and couldn't be happier with how my skin looks and feels. I've never felt more confident!
The products she recommended which I now use on a daily basis are of high quality, and the entire experience has been both relaxing and effective.
I highly recommend Oi Cosmetics Helensvale and especially my wonderful dermal therapist Jodi to anyone looking to improve their skin health and overall well-being.

Im writing this on behalf of my mum since she doesn’t have socials. It was about 2 years ago that I met Jodi and Abby they were shopping at my store that I work at and we got to chatting and I found out that they specialise in all things skin. My mum had been complaining about hers for a couple of weeks and felt really depressed and insecure. I’d happen to have a photo of her on my phone and I shared it with them and straight away they could identify the issues. Couple weeks later mum was booked in and from that first session she felt so much confidence that she was being heard and understood. My mum isn’t one to spend money on herself but I encouraged her to keep it up as it made her happy. I’ve started my journey at Oi this February and I’m loving my results so far. I love the vibe of Oi cosmetics and the staff are always so friendly and welcoming. I love that mum and I get to do this together. I ’m a lazy gal so it’s been an easy and time efficient skincare routine that’s specifically tailored to me is working its magic already. Jodi’s extensive knowledge is so impressive and I feel so comfortable continuing in my skincare journey with her and Oi cosmetics. Highly recommend 🩷🩷

I found Oi Cosmetic Studio on a FB promotion & am I glad I did 😊 I love that that the team work just with skin , what a difference they have made to me & my skin. I was considering fillers for some areas of my face ,no need now , cause Ella has worked the Oi magic & my lines are disappearing 🙏 I became a member for 12 months,so worth becoming a member. Thank you all so much at Oi ,I love my Oi sessions & so does my skin.

What an absolute scam of place!
Read the post (picture) - Such a great deal right? put a $50 deposit down. Go to the appointment. At the appointment get told skin isnt up to scratch and its just a consult. Need to buy a few products for almost $600. But lucky for you they removed the $147 outstanding for the service they advertised that you will never ever get so its just the products you are paying for. No.... i wanted the $799 worth of treatment listed for $197 and thats it. no products. no membership. no kick in the teeth. I would be amazed if anyone has ever walked in for $197 and got those treatments listed.
Also want to sell you a "membership" poor people falling for it. From what ive found years ago they wanted back then over $100 a week. absolutely insane.
They definitely guilt you into buying their rubbish.
Anyways hopefully more people put reports in to the ACCC for this false advertising etc.
Btw! i will just part with the $50 deposit. (consider it a tip) Hopefully people read this and what was signed up for etc and think carefully. Atleast i can prepare you to come in with your back pocket loaded with cash or a pre thought response of no when they just try and sell you products and a treatment you never get.

The best skincare team on the Gold Coast. Friendly and professional. They Address all your needs. I will not trust my anti wrinkle treatments with any other than Dr. David. Everything you need is at Oi. 5 stars
