Overall a great little park. Check in was nice and easy and staff were super friendly and helpful.
Our site was pretty small and we did only just fit. Having a concrete pad next to our camper is no problem, but the part you actually park on has a really small concrete pad with ramp, and the way our camper is constructed meant we had to park on the ramp section to allow enough room for our camper to fold back. I noticed a couple caravans around us had the same issue with the wheels being on the ramp. This does make levelling really difficult, i'd love to recommend either removing the small section of concrete slab on the left hand side of sites, or extending them to the same size as the slab on the right
Other than that the amenities are probably some of the best we've used and had a sense of luxury about them. The shower heads, whilst delightfully big, have really low water pressure because of their size.
The laundry could definitely fit more washing machines and judging by the line for the machines in the afternoon, they would be well used. 3 washing machines with one out of order just isn't really enough for a caravan park that big.
Bistro was lovely. We happened to go when the trivia was on and that was pretty fun. Meals were pretty good, although the fish on the fish and chips was a tad overdone.

What a great campground. Very nice pirate-style site. Everything very tidy and clean. You can't see the nearby roads here. The outlet is only a 10-minute walk away. There is so much on offer for children in this campground. We can only recommend it to everyone. Thank you for a very nice stay.

Usually stay here for family vacations and have a great time but this year was a bit of a bummer.
We stayed for 2 weeks
If it could happen it just about did
There was construction in the park so nice early 7am wakeups ,
times,when the whole park had no power
Shower broke
Light broken
Floor drain was broke cut my foot open
Ant infestation coming in our kitchen got in our food in the cupboard
The eatery being out of use for meals for the 1st 4 days of our stay because they had a private function of high school kids.
And I was booked into 2 different cabins for the 13 days as they didn’t have 1 available for the whole stay
5 nights in a cheaper room
8 nights in an expensive cabin with a washer and dryer bbq Foxtel etc almost double the price per night
Staff asked us if we didn’t mind switching the night around
So 8 night in cheap
5 night expensive
And they would offer me $$$ refund
Fine by me $$$ in our pockets
We stay
Leave get home and ask for our refund
Only to be told
No you can’t have that
After much debate
I was offered a partial amount refund $$
Now I have to chase the rest myself

What an amazing stay !!!
Resort had everything a family could want , had dinner a couple nights in the bistro, affordable great food and beautiful customer service, all the staff were amazing friendly and always went above and beyond!
Only issue is it went to quickly!!
Pools where great ! Big screen TV was killer!

We've stayed here a few times this year, and we love it! They have great facilities for kids, such as jumping pillow, a few pools, hot tubs/spa, ping pong, basketball/tennis, mini golf and parts for hire. In the holidays they also have additional activities the kids can do, some are free, some cost. It's close to Harbourtown if you love to shop. The staff are super friendly, the cleaners keep the amenities immaculate and its just overall a wonderful place to stay! They also do a free sausage sizzle for their guests.
