We had heard really great things and thought this was one of the top holiday parks in the country but we were sorely disappointed. Rooms were quite dated and unclean. We had to move some of the furniture and underneath was pretty filthy. Double beds were extremely soft we completely sunk in them.. we ended up sleeping on the two available bunk beds in the kids room which were better but still uncomfortable.. The restaurant staff were friendly as were reception. Overall the whole park needs to be updated/ renovated for the prices they charge. We stayed not long ago at Coconut Holiday Park in Cairns which was far nicer and had excellent facilities and was cheaperā¦

This place was great. Until I decided to go and order myself a cocktail because I was a bit depressed and thought I'd treat myself. I asked the bar lady what time it closes, and she began nicely by saying, "the restaurant closes at..." then I politely interrupted with, "oh no the bar", to which she responded in an extremely sarcastic, angry, smart ass tone, "well if you let me finish LOVE". At that point this review was already written, sealed and sent in my head. Place would have got 5 stars if not for that.

Although tight to get into, our premium site was a good size, close to the playground, main pool and amenities. The kids loved the water slide, jumping pillow and Putt Putt. There are heaps of free kids activities from Wednesdays to Sundays, even outside the school holidays. The Bear Grylls Survivor Challenges weren't running the weekend we attended, so I would recommend checking with the staff before booking if your kids are wanting to do this. The Resort itself is within easy walking distance of Harbour Town and local retailers, and there's a good seafood store just across the road. The staff are friendly and helpful, and with a great cafe/restaurant on site, all your needs are catered for. We will certainly return in future!

Highly recommended, it's a lovely getaway spot, the pools, spas, activities for the kids are amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. I took my caravan for a couple of nights with my two fur babies, they even have a doggy park gated for playtime.

We stay here regularly for soccer comps. Very close to everything yet far enough out of the rat race of the glitter strip. Great for kids to safely get around. Table tennis, night movies, games room, tennis/ basketball court and a too mini golf course. The studio rooms are very comfortable the van sites are a little tight. Our last stay was a simple one sleeping in the back of the Ute under the stars. š¤©
