I received an unexpected upgrade. I had the pleasure of experiencing the 2 story poolside penthouse. It was clean, great view of the pool, the bed was comfy, large shower, the fans on when I arrived and it had everything I needed. The grounds are secure with gates. Great communication from staff who were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This park was not as advertised, the caravan sites are very cramped. The pool was not heated as advertised. The local pool was, though, so we used that.Whilst the owners have in their reply stated the pool is heated year round and tested each morning, their staff have advised the heaters are turned off due to very warm weather.

Not a nice campsite!
Almost all of the facilities are old, the ground is not really maintained, the camp kitchen is incredibly dirty, laundry has been hanging on the line or on the grass for days, which nobody cares about, the men's toilets smell strongly of urine throughout, the floor is wet throughout and underpants have been lying there in a corner for days, which shows how long it has apparently not been cleaned. And for that it’s not a cheap campground!
Oh and the WiFi isn’t worth it calling it WiFi because it’s not strong at all.

After viewing this holiday Village online with there AMAZING photos I would have to say, photo edit was definitely well over used. After I purchased the deluxe family room for my large family and traveled over 7 hours away. I was surprised to enter our deluxe family room only to find it would be no bigger then a standard 2 person villa with 2 extra beds squeezed in. Bunk beds were absolutely horrible. The beds are covered in a plastic cover, like jail beds and are so noisy when children move on them. Very uncomfortable and cold from the plastic covers. Bunk Bed's are not made on arrival and are very hard to make due to small space and plastic covering the sheets come straightback out, leaving you laying on a very cold bed. Parents room is a double bed and again very small space and uncomfortable bed.
Bring your own towels or expect to wash your own. I like to go away and not do chores however at this holiday get away your only given 1 towel each and required to wash them as needed. They do not give extras. I was extremely disappointed as for our short stay i did not have time to spend washing and drying towels daily, due to having to SOP up the entire bathroom after every shower as the bathroom is dangerously flooded with water after every shower use. The only way to clean the floor is with the towels your provided. Also if you use your 2 rolls of toilet paper provided for the family they also do not give more so bring that as well.
The parking, well dont expect to get a park out the front of your room because its basically first in best dressed. Which leaves you parking away from your villa to unpack and pack your car.
The pool is heated and is honestly the only highlight of the park, for children that is.. so if you want to have heated pool give this holiday park a go your children will love the slide too.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay here. The staff were very friendly. We loved the size of the park, the location but most of all the pool, slide and live music and free face painting. It was definitely worth every cent and we will be coming back! Thank you for helping us create some beautiful family memories ❤️
