Tried calling a few days before check-in during business hours but no one answered, and we didn’t receive a call back.
However, check-in was fast, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
We stayed in a Basic Studio — the room was small and the soundproofing wasn’t great; we could hear people talking and their TV from the next room. But overall, it was still comfortable, and the bathroom was conveniently close.
The highlight was definitely the waterslide — super fun!
Also, it’s very close to the beach.
Next time, if we come back, we’d love to try the villa.

Stayed in the penthouse poolside villa, wasn’t cheap, thinking for that price you’d expect more. Quite run down and dirty! Sofas had sand all over it, floors were dirty and sticky, bunk bed had chunks of dust and some sort of food crumbs stuck on blankets. The dust was ridiculous!! One of our kids woke up with conjunctivitis. Fans have thick layers of dust on it. Pubic hair found on the bed!! Toaster was broken, dead cockroach in cutlery drawers, aircon remote was not working, used old tea bag’s left on patio floor, the walls are filthy especially beside the stairs you can see hand marks smeared all over it…it was very hard to relax wondering if the place was properly cleaned. The place is in desperate need of a DEEP clean.
I would give less but the assistant manager Alex was nice to deal with and he helped compensate us and provide new blankets.
The only good thing is the location and the waterslide slide.

Amazing! We had a lovely, relaxing holiday prior to Christmas. We were able to secure a pool side penthouse. This was incredibly comfortable and perfect for the four of us. It’s two-story, has a living room, kitchen, powder room downstairs, x2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Very modern, super clean, has all you need. The bunk room sleeps up to 4. The staff were so friendly and very accommodating/helpful. So close to the shops, restaurants, public transport and beach! It has a couple of play grounds and a kids play room. Inside the park you feel like you’re at a resort, very family friendly, safe and secure. Plenty of sites for vans too Highly recommend!

The hotel was nice overall. The location is really convenient, being just a short distance from Surfers Paradise, which made it easy to explore the area. The room was clean and comfortable, though it wasn’t anything too extraordinary. Still, it provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Staff were friendly, and the price was reasonable for what you get. A solid option if you're looking for somewhere close to the action without being in the middle of it all.

Very good although we couldn’t get internet even though it advertises it which we do tend to book by. Great pool and slide, hubby loved it!! Nice ambient atmosphere
