Hotel is close to the m1 highway which makes it convenient to stay. Has the bistro for meals too with other restaurants in close proximity also. Room was comfortable and clean with bathrooms modernised. The close by park was a lovely walk where there is a disc course. This is great fun for children but byo Frisbee to play.
The only negative I found was that it was a little noisy up until midnight on the Friday night I stayed as the grassed area backed onto my room.

I had an unpleasant experience with a gentleman over the phone who seemed to have a negative impression of us, perceiving us as "dodgy." Despite providing all the necessary information, it was disheartening to encounter such suspicion and skepticism. This interaction left me feeling unfairly judged and undervalued as a customer. Wouldn’t recommend.

Room smelt of smoke / overdose of ambipur to try and cover the smell.
Lumpy bed, dripping shower and TV with light that flashed randomly.
No breakfast places nearby, but pub for dinner / drinks onsite was convenient.
Team were quick on check in and very friendly.
Thankfully only stayed two nights for a last minute business trip in peak holiday time so options limited and price inflated.

The proximity to the parks was very convenient and the room was very affordable.
However, reception was very hard to find and then access, and upon arriving we had to call the after hours number at least 8 times and were only answered twice. Both times it was answered I was hung up on and nobody came to help for approximately 30 minutes. Help only arrived after the second set of guests who arrived and waited, went up to the pub for assistance while I continued to try calling.
While the room itself is nice, the door to our room was glass with unstable wood edges and a lock that barely worked. This was only a problem considering the rest of the rooms either weren’t facing a dark alleyway in Nerang or had a solid wood door with key card locks compared to our incomplete latch. On top of that, we could not find either TV remote.
For a place with very high reviews, to young ladies should not feel the need to barricade their door and stay locked in the bedroom (only one of which had a door) to feel safe.

Not just another ALH pub this is definitely one to take the drive to find, nightcap team were amazing to us and were more then accommodating to any request we had. We ordered both room service and food in the restaurant cannot fault, even after coming in at 8.50 for a meal the restaurant supervisor went out of her way to look after us I can't give a shoot out to anyone in particular because you all gave us a great experience! Thanks for a great stay
