Exceptional Stay!
I couldn't wait to share my feedback before checking out because our experience here has been outstanding. The room layout is excellent, spotlessly clean with a modern bathroom and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Despite arriving late at 7:30 PM to a lively bistro/bar downstairs, our room was impressively insulated from any noise. We opted for room service, which was prompt, generous portions, and the food was absolutely delicious. This hotel has far exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly choose to stay here again if I'm ever in the area. Highly recommended!

Staff were amazing Andrew the staff at the bistros were outstanding foe me and my son. It was no hassle having my 9yr old in who wanted to watch the football. Would highly recommend. Rooms so clean and easily accessible.

Kinda expected a basic hotel service, but it is a self-service kind of format, so no receptionist at all.
Cleaning of rooms in this place is simply a replacement of towels and toilet rolls, not changing of sheets or vaccuming of the floors during your stay.
Not the worst hotel we have experience, but for the money paid, service was not up to par.
The beds were sinking so not great for your back as well.
There is a free drink coupon given upon check-in that one can redeem at the restaurant beside the hotel.
There is a lottery spot right at the restaurant, hence i wouldn't say it is exactly family friendly if you are not comfortable with it, like us.
Kind of out of the central area but nearby theme parks, so you got to pick your battles on where you want to be near to if you choose this hotel.
