love training with Tim & Mel! As an avid gym goer, I wanted to experience the difference training with a PT and I can easily say that I am getting stronger and fitter each week. I get so much out of each session, it’s always a fun 30mins that always pushes me beyond what I thought I could do. thanks guys!

I really cannot recommend Tim as a trainer enough. I’ve been going to Tim for more than six months now and he’s actually made me enjoy and look forward to exercise for the first time in my life. Tim is a great conversationalist and has a very good sense of humour so the time always goes quickly. Tim is good at pushing and challenging you but not to the point of making you hate it. I’ve seen a big improvement in my overall fitness. My partner and mother now both go to Tim too!
