From the start when I inquired about a trial, Tim has been super friendly and helpful. Both of them have been extremely encouraging and patient every session. I also feel stronger and better each session. I will continue to train with Tim and Mel! If you’re hesitant on coming here, just ask for a trial lesson, won’t regret it!

This was my first time with a PT, and I was nervous as I had no idea what to expect or what I was doing. Tim made my first time experience enjoyable and I instantly was calm and comfortable within his friendly energy. Tim has supported me to achieve weight loss goals in a couple of weeks that I have struggled to achieve in years. This quick turnaround is kudos his ability to push me during HIIT workouts within limit and to build a strong foundation (such as preventing any lower back injuries) Tim understands good quality food and calorie restriction making weight loss a rewarding journey, not a painful one.
