Disgusting service. Our family are new to the area and have had very poor experiences here. Just recently my dad saw Dr Kanwar for an eye infection. He refused to even look at it or prescribe him any drops. Just told him to go to the hospital! Instead, we booked a TeleHealth appointment via Doctors on Demand and the Dr he saw was gobsmacked Dr Anwar did not do anything. He even took note of his name as this is very negligent. My dad now has a prescription for antibiotics and an instruction to go to hospital if it doesn’t improve in a few days. Our family will not be back to this medical centre again.

Have Covid so made a Telehealth appointment as I’ve got progressively worse, get a call from receptionist right at time of booking to tell me that as I’ve not been in for a good 12 months they won’t do a Telehealth appointment,( it’s been 13 months) I explained that I have Covid and that is the reason for me requesting it, she then proceeds to ask do you really have Covid? Have you actually tested, I reply with yes and she asks what do I want the appointment for, again I have Covid and I’m sick!!! This WAS my family doctors I will now get a new one, but I take this as the doctor refused care for me, disgusted and will be making inquiries to see if I can take further. Receptionist is rude.

Indian girl at the desk needs firing. Door knobs are more useful an than her.. Drz is not bulk billing need to change that asap aswell if your going to charge for the consultation tell the patent to use a physical card for the rebate not let them pay wave then tell them they now have to go through the Medicare system to make the claim!!! Waisted time going to this centre!

I would highly recommend going to another GP. Not even sure this guy is a real doctor. Seemed to have no idea what he was doing. Went in for a cat bite which turned out to have bitten through my wrist tendon - he performed NO tests, NO procedures or techniques to pinpoint the issue whatsoever… he then interrogated me about my anti anxiety medication by looking through my history. If you want help go somewhere else - if you want to see a narcissist who has the IQ of jar of cream- go here.

I have been here a few times now since moving to the area. The female doctor Dr Jaspreet is thorough, asks questions, does all the appropriate checks and physical exams and actually listens! I left feeling validated with some helpful referrals. The nurse is also very kind and patient with my 4yo who visited for the first time having some immunisations. Have also had a telehealth phone consult with the male doctor as I was sick and needed antibiotics and the phonecall arrived promptly and I got what I needed. I am grateful for the service provided.
