Karise has been incredibly knowledgeable and professional to work with! I came in with an injury related to crossfit, coming from a similar training background she helped me get back on track. Karise provided advice on improving technique and including accessory work to improve my overall strength to prevent future injuries. I’ve been so happy with each session and would certainly recommend for anyone looking for a physio on the Gold Coast.

Karise provides a very thorough assessment to find the cause of the issue and make a plan to get back on track. After 1-2 years of shoulder pain that restricted me progressing in weightlifting I drove 2+ hrs to see Karise. After multiple people told me to quit weightlifting, Karise made such a huge difference in just a few sessions. After a few months of her guided rehab plan I can jerk, press, snatch balance all pain free for the first time in years. Highly recommended Karise is an awesome physio 👍

I should have made an appointment with Karise much sooner. I had never been to a physio before and wasnt sure she could fix my shoulder. After multiple visits my shoulder is pain free and strong. Karise worked wonders and I am amazed how quickly I healed and can get back to a normal active lifestyle. I also like that she checks in to see how thimgs are going. Great skill and client care. I would highly recommend Karise.
