After 1-2 years of shoulder pain that restricted me progressing in weightlifting I drove 2+ hrs to see Karise. After multiple people told me to quit weightlifting, Karise made such a huge difference in just a few sessions. I should have made an appointment with Karise much sooner. I had never been to a physio before and wasnt sure she could fix my shoulder. After multiple visits my shoulder is pain free and strong. Karise worked wonders and I am amazed how quickly I healed and can get back to a normal active lifestyle. I also like that she checks in to see how thimgs are going. Great skill and client care. I would highly recommend Karise.

Karise has a wealth of knowledge in sports physiotherapy and body mechanics. I received such a thorough examination and treatment plan. I went there with a small niggle in my hip but left with an in depth knowledge of my asymmetries and foot alignment and how this was affecting my running stride. Highly recommend!

I went and saw Karise with a lower back complaint that had I had reaggravated. Over a number of sessions she was able to assess areas that needed strengthening, adapt a tailored exercise program for me and relieve the pain. She would follow up after our sessions to check in and see how I was progressing. I would highly recommend her approach to anyone.
