I paid $332 a night for an old run down apartment. The shower dribbled out a little hot water and very hard to have a shower🤬, The Kitchen was very out dated with the cheapest of bare minimum utensils, curtains were old with holes in them, damage to the doors and walls, the couch was old, worn, stained and 2 different couches to make one, The TV in the master bedroom was broken and put in the cupboard but the TV wall mounts are still on the wall, and they couldn't even put in a new battery to the wall clock. I wouldn't even pay $150 to stay here. I have taken photos and will be making complaints and bad reviews everywhere. NOT HAPPY 🤬

Stayed in Unit 30 for a short getaway and was absolutely disappointed. The apartment was dirty, with dust and stains everywhere. Stains and smells on the couch, dust on the floors and wall edges. The hot water also kept cutting off even during the first use. The utensils were also disgusting, with the provided pan all rusty and the toaster was blackened and rusty on the inside. The light and fan in the master bedroom was old and would only work after a few tries. The fire detector in the master bedroom was also broken/removed. There were holes in the curtains and the pillows were far too flat to be comfortable. Very overpriced for what we got.

As far as 3-star hotels go, it’s okay. Staff was very friendly, location amazing, so close to the ocean, price was great, great value, there is a small pool and a spa in the backyard, rooms are fine, but Wi-Fi and reception was awful. Wi-Fi only worked in the lounge, nowhere else, reception was weak, 1 stripe of the 4. Also a lot of stuff didn’t work or worked poorly: the kitche tap didn’t have a nozzle, and they couldn’t fix it the entire fortnight we were there, the dishwasher had missing pieces, the repairman said he couldn’t do much with it, the door leading to the backyard was broken, had to be fixed otherwise anyone could easily walk in from the outside… Anyways, if you don’t have high expectations and are willing to maybe to face a few minor challenges, it’s fine.

Room was more like a small apartment. Was clean mostly at close to beach, ideal for a short holiday. Nice garden, clean and nice pool area

Lovely little getaway right near the beach
Warm spa quiet pool. All in all I loved it
