I've been seeing Dr. Alex Lin for several years in Runcorn. When I heard he was relocating, I was truly upset. Dr. Alex is one of the kindest, most caring, and helpful dentists I’ve ever met. I’ve always been afraid of dental visits, especially teeth cleaning since I was a child, but the way he treats his patients is so gentle and reassuring that I finally felt comfortable.
My wife and I were determined to find out where he moved, and we were thrilled when we discovered he’s now located on the Gold Coast. Even though it’s about an hour’s drive from our home, we didn’t hesitate—we’re more than happy to make the trip just to continue seeing him. His professionalism, kindness, and the outstanding service he and his team provide are truly unmatched. His staff are incredibly helpful and deliver 10/10 customer service. We’re so grateful to have found him again!!!

I've been seeing Dr. Alex Lin for years, and I can't recommend him enough! He's incredibly gentle, patient, and genuinely one of the nicest dentists I've ever met. We actually followed Dr. Lin from his previous clinic to his current one—even though it's much farther from where we live—because the quality of care he provides is absolutely worth the drive. He always makes us feel comfortable and well taken care of. If you're looking for a trustworthy and kind dentist, Dr. Alex Lin is the one to see!

Dr. Alex is an outstanding dentist who has been my dentist for several years now.
Each visit is met with a warm welcome from his friendly staff. The one and a half hour drive to Mermaid Waters Dental Surgery is absolutely worth every penny and care.
