The entire team here is warm and friendly. After my first visit (check-up & discussion about fixing an onlay done very poorly by a previous dentist) I left and told my partner that it's as though everyone who works there, actually wants to be there. The smiles are genuine and so is the care. I don't say this lightly. My previous dental clinic (that looked all fancy) shattered my trust in dentists. When I told the dentist that I still felt pain when he was drilling, he questioned me as though I was imagining it. I was left with an onlay that felt like a brick in my mouth for 3 years. There was no care or acknowledgement that it was the wrong fit and should be remade.
After my first visit with Mermaid smiles, I felt I was in safe hands with Dr. Charleston and entrusted her to remove the previous onlay and fix it for me. This had always been a problematic tooth for me and left very sensitive after anyone worked on it. Not only did she fix the onlay perfectly, my tooth was not even sensitive in the slightest. Her attention to detail is next level and I am so appreciative of the care she showed to make this right for me.

I had my first experience as a new client at this dental clinic. As someone who has recently developed severe anxiety due to some recently bad dental procedures in my regular clinic, I was very hesitant at first. I was assured this clinic was the best for someone like myself and my expectations were exceeded. I was offered, kindness, patience and reassurance through the whole process. The dentist not only made me feel comfortable but kept me updated and gave me choices throughout the process. I can safely say that Mermaid Smiles will now be my regular dental practice and I highly recommend anyone to them. The job they did is outstanding and I am looking forward to returning

Made the process so smooth for my dental needs, and everyone has been incredibly helpful, understanding and lovely - shoutout to the amazing reception staff who are so incredibly kind and supportive.
Coming in as a new patient I was amazed by how welcoming and supportive the environment was. I appreciated how accommodating everyone was when I was specifically needing an after hours appt due to my schedule. The care that was provided was also second to none — thank you for being so attentive and amazing with everything. Not to mention the location and ambience is like walking into a beautiful safe haven 🥰 definitely mermaid vibes, the name and location is very fitting

Every interaction with all staff at this clinic was professional, seamless and so very kind.
Anna is an incredible human and her compassion and professionalism is so evident throughout the entire time you are with her. The best dentist I’ve ever been to.
Dr Anna and Dr Georgia H helped me with my complex cosmetic dentistry case, making sure that we didn’t settle until it was completely perfect.
The whole clinic made me feel so safe and welcome, and every experience throughout the journey was a positive one.
After struggling with a lot of dental anxiety and being supported every session I now feel much calmer in the chair.
Would highly recommend this dentist clinic and I will happily keep driving over an hour each way to come back for my checkups, because the service is worth it.
