Sandra was extremely helpful & happy to help on my enquiry phone call, and did not disappoint when meeting in person at this Practice a couple of hours later.

Dr Hassbroek is a very nice man with a great personality and is clearly well informed and super easy to converse with.
The Practice is beautiful in decor & has ample customer parking😃

Dr Luna is the best doctor you will find on the gold coast, I go there just to have an appointment with her! She is very sweet, explains everything in a way you can understand, very empathetic and a lot of other things that without a doubt make her the best! It's a relief to find people like her being so far away from home.
I had to wait a while to see her but once you are in the consultation you know it's all worth it, because she takes the trouble to understand each of her patients, in short the best!

I highly recommend Dr. Luna. From the moment you walk into her office, she makes you feel welcome and cared for. You’re not just another patient, she takes the time to really listen and understand your concerns.
Her care is personal and thoughtful. She always explains things clearly and makes sure I feel supported and comfortable with any decisions about my health.
If you’re looking for a kind, respectful, and knowledgeable doctor, Dr. Luna is an excellent choice. I’m very grateful to be in her care.

Nurse Katy is such a valuable asset to the clinic. We’ve been coming here for years for our flu shots, and she fantastic. You barely even feel the needle! She’s skilled, caring and always makes the experience quick and comfortable.

I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Luna at 10:00 AM and arrived early at 9:50 AM. Upon checking in, the receptionist informed me that there was still a patient ahead of me. I waited over 25 minutes before approaching the front desk to let them know I would need to reschedule, as I had to get to work.
Shortly after I left, I received a call from the receptionist, saying the doctor had asked her to inform me that if this happens again, I will be charged a fee. I found this very disappointing. I explained that I am a nurse and needed to return to work. Her response was that “doctors often run late in clinics,” implying I should have expected the delay.
With all due respect, I value punctuality and professional time management—especially when patients are paying out of pocket ($180 in this case). I find it unacceptable to be warned about a potential fee when I was the one left waiting without any communication or apology.
I will not be returning to this clinic, so there will be no opportunity for this "to happen again." This experience was unprofessional and frustrating, and I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
