The resort has nice plants and view of the golf course. The rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant is reasonably priced and has a good selection for breakfast. Although we didn't use the pool area this time, we have stayed at the resort several times and the main pool is quite large. The staff in reception and restaurants are friendly and helpful. About the only drawback is there are stairs to the second and third level rooms with no lift.

We arrived on Saturday evening. We paid for a spa room and received one that was on ground level and kind of looked out over the pool area. No upgrade as apparently they are the best rooms. The room was nice and clean enough. A welcome gift of chocolates and wine was in our room. Unfortunately I left the wine behind LOL.
We enjoyed the outdoor pool. It is a lovely pool area. The spa was occupied by children for the whole time we were down there so it would be nice if you had a sign up suggesting people not occupy the spa for extended periods of time so everyone can have access to it.
Inside the room we had a shower and spa. The shower drainage was a little bit suspect as the water pooled at your feet up to over an inch. I am surprised it didn’t leak out of the shower recess.
The beds were extremely comfortable as always and we were able to stream Netflix from our phones which is something we love at the end of a long afternoon in the pool.
Buffet breakfast was lovely as always. The only suggestion could be an inclusion of an omelet bar and alternatives to scrambled eggs such as poached etc.
It was a good stay and we will be back again I am sure.
Riley checked us in and he was lovely and respectful.
Location is a long way from the ocean but quick to the highway.

We liked how easy it was to access staff services and how wonderful it was to have privacy throughout stay. We did enjoy the breakfast menu and options, and the privacy of the family suite arrangements.
The oasis pool was great, as was the spa.
I have allergy issues with a difficult to manage soy allergy. Throughout my stay there were no incidents of any reactions from this. Kitchen staff always had solutions. You were a blessing to us and we bless you back. Thank you.

Had a great stay. Staff were so welcoming and friendly and the buffet breakfast was great. We also had the steak for dinner and it was cooked to perfection. Parking was easy and our little ones enjoyed the kids amenities and pool. Definitely returning when we visit the Gold Coast again!

Ants in block 6 - problem not solved. Given a can of bug spray and had to put up with them everywhere. All over toothbrushes & in the bath when taking a shower/bath. Easy fix by blocking the gaps, but reception didn’t care.
TV didn’t work. Reception sent someone to attempt a fix but they couldn’t get it working & they gave up. For 6 out of 8 days of our stay the TV didn’t work. Couldn’t get any TV channels or cast from our phones. Very disappointing.
Quality of food at the buffet is poor. Hot chocolates & coffees were watery & tasteless, but of course if you pay extra at the bar you can get a decent hot drink. Scrambled eggs are powdered and all the meant to be “hot” food was cold.
Rental car door got dented & the people responsible didn’t leave a note. No cameras in the underground car park even though signage says the area is monitored - they just have cameras at the entry/exit point.
Had a tiny amount of shampoo, conditioner & body wash that all ran out within a couple of days. Very frustrating that housekeeping didn’t check those levels when servicing the room. When washing hair and the products run out it’s annoying not being able to wash your hair!
Overall a disappointing stay. 3 stars is being generous.
