I've been to many massage shops and finally, this is the one I like most. They're good at communication / knowledgeable and made sure the pressure was right. I asked for a REALLY deep tissue massage and was very amazed! I left with a brand new body. Definitely go back for sure.

Well I’m pretty disappointed with the customer service. The massage, was rushed and done very roughly. The experience entirely, was terrible. I had to tell the staff member to put his phone away as he was constantly using it to make calls in the MIDDLE of my massage. I am a mum of 2 little ones, rarely ever get time to myself and so this was supposed to be a relaxing time which it wasn’t. The phone was calling someone the ENTIRE time I was there, I was getting massaged with 1 hand because the other was dialling on the phone. I had to tell him to put his phone away. Will never return here & will be telling my friends about this experience. He also would stop massaging me in the time I’m paying for & get up off his chair multiple times (don’t know where he was going) and would be speaking with other staff and customers, running around.
If you want a relaxing environment and full proper service, DO NOT choose this place. I won’t be back

Been to this store many times, but I won't be back again. The last two massages were extremely disappointing and left me feeling very uncomfortable. One middle-aged lady clearly had no idea how to give a proper massage and only made my pain worse. In fact, the quality of each session really depends on the individual therapist, but these last two experiences have left me disheartened. This store seriously needs to retrain its staff. Also, the prices here are higher than other places — the quality of the massage really needs to live up to such premium pricing.
