I have previously loved all the my health beaches they have exceptional services, but for the first time this one unfortunately didn’t.. I left crying the male doctor was extremely insensitive to my situation, has no bedside manner at all and told me my situation was something it clearly was not… as well as that the situation with the gap or payment for the appointment is silly and not clear at all that it’s required at the end of a appointment.. patient care should be patient centred…. Very disappointed.

Dr Wade-Gledhill has gone above and beyond in his care for me during my pregnancy and the rocky initial few weeks after having the baby. He is very kind, caring and proactive. His support and advice has been truly invaluable during this time. The rest of the nursing and receptionist staff are also very friendly.

I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at this practice. I've been in the waiting room when the receptionist has dealt with difficult people and she handles it very well. Dr Iisof is very understanding and a great dr from my experience. Betty (the nurse at the clinic) is wonderful and goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for genuine, caring service.

Doctors cancelled the appointment, but I didn't find it until I arrived. Receptionist had called earlier but claimed she couldn't leave message unless the voicemail mentioned my full name. Was rude when I arrived, and whole I waited I could hear her criticising other patients on the phone. Nurse was chaotically multitasking. Whole experience was chaotic and disorganised. I won't go back.

I see Dr Iosef and he has been fantastic for me and my 3 children. Between the 4 of us we are down there regularly enough that the receptionists and nurses know our names (as does he) and he's always great, chatting to whichever kids I have with me at the time, clearly explaining what is happening and why and only prescribing medicine if needed. I have been seeing him since Dr Leventhorpe left (who was also great) and will continue to do so.
