The team at matrix gym have been fantastic with my kids. They are wonderful mentors who inspire and encourage everyone to do their best as well as having heaps of fun at the same time.

Great bunch of trainers that will push you past your limit.
If you want to learn competition level skills or just advanced fitness then the team have you covered.
You will learn so much as the trainers teach a group class whilst still taking the time to spend one on one with you to correct your techniques.

I have been training boxing here for just over 3 years now. Consistently, not just for the love of the sport but equally for the love of the gym. Pete’s always taken great care of me, if not whilst coaching then it’s greeting me when I arrive! Big respect to the coaches Tommy and Matt too. If you want to learn boxing then this is the place

I was nervous to start training at Matrix gym but after my first class I felt so at ease. Thanks to everyone’s positive and welcoming attitude I felt confident enough to try out Muay Thai, Boxing, and Jujitsu. All coaches have a unique approach to training and with their help I’ve been able to improve my overall fitness, while gaining invaluable knowledge on self defense. Can’t recommend this gym enough!!

Joined at Matrix around 4 months ago and it has given me the drive to keep improving my health and well-being. The coaches all know what they're doing and have a true passion for the sport of fighting. I look forward to getting in there every session and learning new things about fighting and about life. Great gym and great people. They have a lifelong student in me! 🤘
