I been a couple of times at the one next to pet barn, the first massage I had with a lady was pretty good, then I went back and the lady wasn't there so I had a massage with a guy and this time was totally different, he spent 20 minutes only on one side and just pressuring down instead of massaging, yo the point I had to ask him to move on to other parts... I was hoping the massage would get better after a while but it didn't..I actually came out of there feeling much worse and a bit cranky, it ruined for me..I need another massage now to fix what the guy did..is not feeling good at all.I also told him to focus on my leg and back which is really sore beacuse of a herniated disc i have and he didn't do much at all..my leg is hard as a rock today. I feel like the massages could be more consistent, u don't know what u getting ..could be a really good one or a really bad one.

I had a massage last week with Wondee it was very good she did a 45 minute remedial massage the man in reception said it was cheaper with my health fund to have 45 minutes rather than 30 minute and that the oil would be free instead of $5 extra thst they charge in 30 min massage?! Wondee advised me to return each week and for $15 out of pocket, using my hi caps Medibank private health fund, I was pleased to. I returned as told the following week, today, only to discover the exact same massage time and person was going to cost me $30.00! When I said no I don’t want to pay double for the same service they said it was my health funds fault! They implied I had used up all my health fund even though it’s March, my fund reset in January and I have only claimed 1 massage! Then they tried to pretend the health fund had given me a special reward last week. Finally they said maybe their manager had given me a discount. ! They called him he said he couldn’t always give the discount! Then he said there was no discount & that my health funds was to blame for not paying as much ! He was extremely rude saying it was hard to communicate with me, which is weird because I’m an English teacher and have a degree in English, as well as it being my native language ! Next I went to their other branch down by Woolies the first place is near post office and Pet Barn. Place number 1 did not offer me a refund they instead charged my health fund! When the second of their branches at the other end of the pines did the same exact thing & tried to charge double I said, never mind I’ve got headache now I’ll just cancel as I don’t like being ripped off. She immediately refunded my health care fund and then I asked her to do the same for the first cancelled massage with wondee she couldn’t get the internet to work fair enough I left. Then an hour later the rude front desk boy called me and said he would process my refund so I returned for a third time he was so rude and shouted at me that there was a refund ! I do not recommend this place as the reception boy is a liar and he is rude. the masseuse was lovely but he will ruin your day by causing stress and being rude. Also he really could use some tooth paste and mouth wash .

Really excellent Massage by therapist Kaili.
This place has good pricing with better therapists than others I have been to. This was my 3rd visit and I will return for my next treatment.

Had a 1hr remedial massage, and I have to say it was fantastic. I think her name is Jenny. Great job. I walked away with my muscle's feeling relaxed and loser. I'll definitely be back.
