I want to give a 5-star rating for the customer service of the reception manager, who warmly greets guests at the entrance. Also, I was truly impressed by Cindy last time when she provided an amazing 60-minute massage that felt like a real treatment.
Today, I visited without a reservation in the afternoon, and once again, the reception manager welcomed me kindly. Then, Wendy Goh, the therapist, gave me a perfect 60-minute massage, pinpointing all my tense and painful areas from head to toe. As I walked out, feeling lighter and refreshed, I couldn’t help but think that come back here every day.
Wendy Goh is highly professional, experienced, and undoubtedly the best therapist I’ve ever had.
I highly recommend both Cindy and Wendy as outstanding therapists.
The staff members are all professional and skilled!

Wendy found all my weak spots, was very caring and explained what to do going forward.
Not only that, her massage technique was very holistic and I feel very loose and fabulous!

I’ve had worst foot massage ever. This woman that looks like 50s’ woman doesn’t have any experience it at all. If she’s still training why did they charge me for fully payment. The worst massage place ever had! Completely wasting money!

FIVE STARS FOR TONY - best massage I’ve ever had in my life!!! I can’t even describe, he got every single sore spot on my body while massaging with such relaxing movement but great pressure! 10/10 I’ll be booking every fortnight now!

Absolutely mortified at my experience.
I booked an hour foot massage a few days in advance and paid in full online.
Arrive at my appointment to be told that it’s normally $80 for 1 hour reflexology but because I am pregnant it would be $100.
Very confused I asked why as it was not a laying down pregnancy massage, but an hour long foot massage.
The receptionist was rude and explained I was bigger than the others.
I am 70kg and this is my third baby. Currently 36 weeks. What on earth is she doing?
Fat shaming? Pregnancy shaming?
