I rate it 1 because I had to ask more than 5 times to be gentle! That's why I asked for Dea, he was great last time ( rating of 5 ) I trusted this one because the receptionist even told her be gentle ok. I paid for a neck and shoulder but was showed a room and told to lie down. Last time I sat in a chair fully clothed.
I told her that I prefer my clothes on.
She then started on my back and I said that's too hard. I kept saying that's too hard. She then reached up and undid my bra. ( weird)
Then I said it was not gentle enough. She said I need oil and I had to take off my shirt. I think if I was getting a neck and shoulder massage, why is she doing my back which hurts?
Eventually she was bearable and I endured it for 30 minutes.
She sniffed the entire time! Very unpleasant. Like why not get a tissue and blow your nose? Her nails were sharp and kept scratching my neck which was unpleasant. Lastly she started scratching my hair? Not ever asked for! I didn't want oil in my hair!! I couldn't wait for it to be over. I will never be back. It was embarrassing for me to keep saying go softer, I was embarrassed when she undid my bra without asking, I was disgusted at her bad hygiene sniffing, and I was getting the wrong massage. My husband bought it for me for my birthday to give me some relaxing pamper treatment but it was awful.

Have had the sorest neck for 2 weeks today I went for massage the lady was amazing she found every knot wish I had got her name.Thank you so much would highly recommend.She was so gentle and caring will definitely go back.

Best deep tissue massage I've ever had from Tony. My neck, shoulders and back havent felt this good in a long time. Will definitely be back.

I cannot express highly enough how Kelly fixed my 5 day long headache/migraine through acupuncture and massage. I was barely able to walk in from all the pain I was experiencing but walked out a whole new person with no pain whatsoever. Thank you so much Kelly and see you next week for round 2!
