I had so much fun with my stay in this awesome hotel! Truly what a five-star hotel is! The view is amazing, the food is superb and pool, the lagoon and the jacuzzi is a must to try, the water is not even cold in the morning.

Easy to get to north end of gold coast then use the light rail (tram) to access all of the gold coast enjoyably
Thats if you leave this wondeful resort style location.
Get southeast asian themed decor. Many room updates conplete now.
Have a bit of a sweet spot for this one

Great if not starting to become a little dated.
$8 for a coffee is outrageous and $50 for an average breakfast criminal.
Will be back though, wont be eating there though.

Room was lovely and clean. The bathroom was very spacious. I loved snorkelling and seeing the tropical fish.

This JW Marriott is shared with Marriott Vacations that between levels 6 and 21 is for Vacations. It therefore cater a lot of families with young children. The morning buffet breakfast can be chaotic. Breakfast staff are mostly in experience and does not understand oatmeal is. There is no executive lounge for elite members and makes things a bit inconvenience for snacks and free soft drinks.
