Our family has been here a few times and each time the Indian receptionist or manager whatever you wanna call her has been the rudest to us. They’ve literally even cancelled our stay before as well. We have literally not disturbed anymore and actually made friends with the other hotel guest. No one believed how rude the lady was and telling us to leave.

We just stayed overnight in room 56. It was clean and a very good price since the room accommodates 6 people. I was impressed.
A few little things need to be attended to such as the floor in the dining room is lifting and moves when you walk in it. The taps in both basins leak a little, and they could have had a few more pillows and blankets. Not major issues, just little things that they may not even be aware of. I’m definately coming back to stay though. The view was spectacular.

Very clean rooms and enjoyable activities are found within the hotel. The service is the best I have received in Australia. Staff will make sure that they will provide you with the best experience. I Will definitely stay here again if I visit the Gold Coast in the future.

Stunning location, pristine refurbished rooms, excellent spa baths and pool, games room, security.
I visited the Gold Coast for the Nick Cave concert, and thought I'd make a weekend of it, after my choir's concert on the Saturday. The staff informed me about late check-in, and our stay was so comfortable. Waking early from rowing training routine, I watched the sun rise over the ocean, and my phone didn't catch all the colours, so I drew it instead.

Overall a great place that's very close to the beach. With a game room, special playroom for little ones, heated pool, outdoor pool, mini golf, adult lounge with the fancy coffee machine and friendly staff, I couldn't complain.
The only annoyance is that if you're staying next to the tennis courts which is adjacent to the main road, then it can get a bit noisy at night on the weekends.
