While on a recent trip down to the Gold Coast for the Pearl Jam concert we stayed at the Mantra Southport Sharks and can definitely recommend it.
Rooms were immaculate, comfortable and well air conditioned. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly at the front desk and it’s very convenient to be able to use the facilities of the club itself.
Parking was undercover which was handy with severe storms hanging around.
We would definitely stay in this location again.

So happy with our stay. Really easy to find from the motorway and close to where we needed to be on the coast. Rooms are new and immaculate. Clean and fresh. Easy access to the cafe next door and included breakfast buffet was excellent. Friendly staff at both check in and check out and easy, free parking. A great choice for a stay!

Excellent Melbourne Cup day in the events room, just no communication from Eventbrite that did the booking. The ladies did not like the way they picked the best dress and hat the staff walked around and chose the contestants when we were all sitting down who they wanted to enter, which was only 3 each
This is not the way Melbourne Cup day is held dressing up for the Cup it's a big day, and the ladies
go out of their way to purchase their outfits 😀 Also 31/2 hours of free wine soft drinks and cheap beer none of them I have ever druck but I still have to pay for the drinks which I don't drink cost me another $50 for my spirits.🙂

Excellent location if you are looking for somewhere quiet but still central. Staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. Room was spotless and bed was very comfortable!

I had the pleasure of staying in a king suite accessible room at Mantra at Sharks.
From the moment I arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the entrance décor, the seating and work station area. The property offers ample underground disability parking, which is included in the room rate. Babu was very helpful when checking me in and took the time to explain the hotel facilities and easy wheelchair access points.
I was extremely impressed with the facilities and the size of my room. Everything was in the right place, within reach and it was very easy for me to move around in a wheelchair.
The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was very spacious and the wardrobe was easily accessible. The kitchenette was very well planned with lots of storage space, a coffee machine and a large fridge freezer.
Credit to the Mantra team for designing such a wonderful, accessible suite for clients in wheelchairs. I felt that all of my needs were met.
Special thanks to Tamara at reception for her lovely birthday gesture, which really made my day.
Overall, the property offers a wide array of dining options, all of which are easily accessible by wheelchair.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Mantra at Sharks, in fact, I extended my stay and I look forward to returning in the near future.
Thanks Mantra team for a wonderful experience.
