After a last minute booking to spend some recovery time at the hotel, from the very first booking call up until the 6th day I left the hotel and team were outstanding. A special thank you to the house keeping for accommodating my request in time periods as i was recovering they attended in times I quickly popped out and assisted with my bags always. The front desk staff were so accommodating, nothing was difficult and had a sense of care always asking how I was feeling on the day and checking in. This is what hospitality is about and its been a very long time since I've seen such wonderful service. The rooms themselves were very clean, tidy and well presented. Hats off to this hotel and team. Absolutely wonderful it may my recovery stay such a breeze. Angel and Sara were fantastic at front reception!

Not kid friendly! They have a half price menu on Wednesday, though they won't let you in with your baby! Put a letter on the door, to say you can't use a baby bottle / food warmer in room, as it will set of the fire alarm š¤£š¤£ while the shower will give off more steam. When speaking to manager about it, he did not want to listen, just said NO! If he'd listened, he'd know that the device had been used for 4 days, 3 X a day before that letter in door, that does not create smoke! Housekeeping good the first few days, though not so good, after letter in door - bad business! No milk in fridge, 1 clean towel, instead of 2, no clean washer or hand towel. And suddenly, the aircon doesn't stay on for more than 20 min at a time, there's no windows, so the aircon is necessary!
Also food stolen from room, not sure if it was housekeeping or management, either way, if the hotel steals from a guests room, the ethical standard at Mantra Sharks is low, to non existent. Mantra legends, not far away, a much better option, for service, ethics, higher housekeeping standards & customer service.

Great place my son played APL MILLION there for the week with his friends. Amazing atmosphere and people. š furniture and staff. And surrounds.

Fantastic accomodation and staff. Very nice modern rooms that have been thoughtfully planned with USB charging etc. Special mention to Bree at reception for going above and beyond and resolving a mishap caused by myself. Great staff, couldnāt recommended more. Thank you.

Stayed at the mantra on the Saturday night. Nice room reception staff lovely. When it came to taking my credit card number and $100 for āincidentalsā I thought no worries until after she took it told me it would be 2/3 days before it would be returned. It is now day 6 and still no money!!! Im holidaying at the Gold Coast and need that money thatās my money not yours!!
