After waking up the next day, both of my shoulder blades were extremely painful—it hurt even with small movements.
I also clearly asked both the receptionist and the therapist to focus on my lower back, but they barely massaged it.
Now my lower back still hurts, and my shoulder blades hurt even more.

Disappointing experience for 60min Remedial massage. 3 different staff members attended to me. Massage was 80% back which was painful & rough. Not once was I asked about pressure & was left alone whilst different staff swapped. Overall experience very poor & would not go back again. $100 price charged was a let down & not recommended.

It was supposed to be a 60mimute remedial massage, but instead, it was 60 minutes of elbowing on my shoulder blades (the lady said it was stiff, and I kept telling her it was my shoulder blades!!), excessive cold (not even body temperature) oil all over as well. She even tried to do an unrequested facial splashing the cold oil all over my face without any warning and managed to get some oil in my mouth as well.
I am in so much pain today from all this. I am utterly disappointed.

I need to give a review here as I feel the previous reviews aren't doing this place any justice. I've been coming here for over a year now and whoever I get a massage with is always great. I suffer from tension headaches and migraines and am quite demanding when it comes to massages. I've often struggled with getting massages that are firm enough. This place is great and they do it for a good price.

I paid $75 upfront for 30min neck shoulder and head massage and 30min foot reflexology. It was a terrible experience, the masseuse was clearly uncertified and I doubt even trained. My arms were nearly pulled out of the socket. No understanding of pressure points on the feet at all, in fact circling around the ankle and shaking the feet. I couldn't wait for it to end. I gave my feedback to the girl on the desk upon leaving. She got the Manager who gave me a card with his name and told me to ask for him next time. I informed him there won't be a next time. The poor masseuse chased after me and asked how he could do better next time. I told him to request more training from his employer.
Don't waste your money!!
