I got my nails done here on 25th August with a manicure, spending $125. By 4th September (a week later), two nails had already come off and the polish on others started chipping within just 3 days (see photos).
For the price, I expected much better quality and longer-lasting results, but the whole experience was disappointing. I was made to wait 30 minutes at an empty table without any communication, and when it was finally my turn, I wasn’t even given the chance to properly choose my nail colour. I felt rushed into picking something.
During the service, the technician was quite rough, which even caused the skin around one of my nails to peel and bleed.
Overall, this felt like a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning here - definitely not worth it.

I’ve been a few times with mixed results, last time was 5 stars but this was is tragic. I tried nicely asking multiple times for the girl to stop rushing my nails by saying she might have missed a step or two but she was annoyed by me and the situation. Several other staff looked and could see she wasn’t doing it right but didn’t say anything which is rough because I made eyes to get some help. Nada
She threw on so much biab that they were so thick and didn’t properly prep it - so bubbles. She cut into my skin, then threw the colour on, only really stopping to ask if I wanted more layers which I said okay to hoping it’d cover the awful job and it didn’t. There’s colour still stuck to my skin and while I’ve tried at home to fix the edges I know I’ll just go elsewhere in the next couple days to have them fixed. Like $95 for this? Come on, what a waste of money. It’s really not on.

I visited this salon on the 10th of July and paid $155 to have my nails done specifically for an important event. While they initially looked nice, I was very disappointed to find that within just a few days they began lifting at the cuticle and even chipping.
This is not something I’ve ever experienced so soon after a manicure, especially considering the price paid. I take good care of my nails, so I believe this is likely due to improper prep or application. Because of the issues, I actually felt embarrassed and ended up hiding my nails at the event, which completely defeated the purpose of getting them done.
Given the quality I received, I do not feel this was worth what I paid. I would appreciate someone from the salon reaching out to discuss how this can be rectified, whether through a complimentary fix or another solution. Thank you.

I always have an amazing experience at Luxe nails Broadbeach but this time around was extra special. Dat did my wedding nails and I have to say the level of care and time he took was so incredibly appreciated. Cannot recommend this place enough, I’m over the moon!!!
