I highly recommend Jade and the team at LTYB Elanora. All the trainers are so friendly, supportive and knowledgeable and provide a very personal approach to training. I have been a member of many gyms over the years but here I have found a great sense of community and love working out in such a happy and positive place.

I really love going to this gym LTYB at elanora that I have attending since 2020.the sessions are all class based for a 45 minute routine.
You can choose what you want to do and is extremely varied so no getting bored.
The bonus is the friendships I've gained!

I hadn’t been to a gym for years and was feeling unsure and sooo unfit. Jade, the trainers and the other people at the gym made me feel welcome and comfortable from day 1.
The classes are easy to follow and the trainers are always there to help.
I’ve done over 100 classes now and feel so much fitter and stronger than day 1. Lost a few kilos too. I highly recommend LTYB to anyone wanting to feel good.

A great start to the day. A perfect platform to keep your body moving & feel more energetic! The variety of sessions offered, prevents boredom. Personal trainers motivate you to work to your capacity with good technique.
