Great for families!
This motel is a wonderfully run motel with friendly and helpful staff who make all visitors feel welcome. They're very helpful when it comes to families. This was especially so when I needed extra towels when my little one was unwell.
The rooms are clean and well presented. The cleaners have done a good job in maintaining the rooms.
The hotel is located just around the block from the beach and in walking distance of a take away/convenience store.
Three generations of my family have been staying here and this is one of our preferred motels.

Owners are very welcoming and helpful Room was lovely and clean the beds are So comfy every thing was nice will definitely be staying again .
We got the family room double bed and r singles plenty of room for every one 😊

The family who work at the Limassol motel are more than accomodating, are so friendly and nice! They look after their visitors and are cool with kids and just all round amazing! It was SO bittersweet to leave! Me and Ollie will miss you guys! Thankyou for having us!!
The rooms are clean, spacious and more than we bargained for with the 2 separate beds! There’s a big bench space and bar seats wihich was amazing! But also in some of the room they have a table to sit at to eat! They have great channels on tv and wifi! The have a communal area to sit and have a bbq / smoke and all the kitchen needs to cook! I love how they had multiple bins and even had a 10cent Tom bin! And there’s a pool! Upstairs there’s verandahs to smoke the air conditioning was lovely and there was great privacy! It’s so quiet you wouldn’t even notice anyone staying there except the packed parking lot!
Also the staff are vigilant and don’t take crap they have heaps of cameras installed also watching the cars so you can sleep easy knowing the staff are always looking out for you! I felt very safe during my stay and treated very fairly and helped so much! I loved the decor so much it was nice to see the effort put into the rooms!
It’s close to the bus stop with the main bus running from Harbour town biggera waters all the way through to Southport, surfers and SeaWorld! It’s so easy to get around and close to places to eat and dine! It’s also walking distance to the petrol stations, maccas, baskin robbins and multiple fish and chip shops, restaurants like the grand hotel and the park and water! There’s a lovely scenic view of the lights of the Gold Coast at night but also during the day is lovely too! You can see SeaWorld across the water! So happy with my stay and very grateful to the staff at the Limassol! Thankyou so much!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was much bigger than expected and very clean and comfortable. The barbeque area was well equipped and clean, perfect for our breakfast cooking. The pool was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this motel for families.

Amazing people work at this hotel!!! The room we stayed in was lovely!! The ladies ( family) that were working there made me smile!! I stayed there after the pandemonium concert at Broadwater parklands… would definitely recommend anyone to stay there and if k go to the coast again I know where I will be booking at:) Thank you guys so much for just being you!! The swan towel omg!!!
