Dr Cez is so friendly, experienced, and personable. My son and I have been seeing him since we moved into the area over 5 years ago. My son has never feared seeing him and enjoys every visit. We also love seeing Kerrie (front desk lady) every time we come, she remembers me and my son and she is just such a lovely person.

Had a very bad experience with Dr Cez Owczarek. *Would not recommend Dr Cez Owczarek for females*
1. Dr asked me if I had googled my symptoms and what I thought I had. If I knew what I had I wouldn't be coming to the Dr. Also super concerning that the Dr is relying on my google search?
2. When he noticed I had a high temperature he was asking me "why do you have this, why do you have this?" in a really irritated tone and expecting me to have the answers? Once again, If I had the answers I wouldn't be there. When I said I didn't know he kept repeating, "why do you have this, why do you have this?".
3. Before wanting to give me a physical examination where I would have to take my clothes off (he said) he was berating me about all the different things I could have. He said he wouldn't be able to give me any treatment today etc (which I understood - but he was visibly irritated at me). When I asked if he could use the test results from my regular GP as well as doing his own tests he got very irritated and said "you think I will do that? You think I will do that? I'm not your receptionist". He then pointed at the bed and told me had to examine me. At this point I said I didn't feel comfortable being naked in front of him as he was clearly irritated at me. Fair enough if that was a stupid question but I thought Drs could access testing info etc.
Overall Dr was extremely unprofessional. When I booked the appointment, I was truthful in that I am an existing patient, and I only needed to discuss one issue. If he did not have the time to discuss one issue, they shouldn't have booked me in. I arrived early and the Dr did not come out to see me until 10 minutes after my appt time. Also, if he is going to be that irritated at his patients probably shouldn't ask them to get naked immediately after. Definitely wouldn't recommend any women to see this Dr. Not sure how he would go with men.
The receptionist is lovely and has been every time I've been there.

Today, I went to see Dr Owczarek at Lakeside Medical Centre at Palm Be. He saved my life with an early and accurate diagnosis a few years ago. I have been going there since 2012 and will continue to do so because the treatment and friendly service are excellent.
He is very thorough, as are the other Doctors, Nurses and Receptionists.

This practice is very friendly and taking care of patient. I couldn't make an appointment as I had a covid symptoms and the receptionist returned call after she discussed with a doctor that was within 10min. to organise a tele-consultation.
