Arrived at 7.20, ordered about 7.30. After half hour someone came and asked if we ordered food… yes half hour ago. Finally received our food an hour later and when many people had already eaten and left. No real apology or free drink or voucher one gets from places that offer genuine good quality service and concern for customers. Do they want our custom again? Guess not even though the food was lovely.
Post note… just before we left, it seems they saw this and someone came and said they’ve realised we were not happy. They offered a free glass of wine each. We will try again.

We had a lunch here last Saturday and were lucky enough to be served by Bradie. She was so welcoming and seriously one of the best servers we had experienced in such a long time. She was awesome. Food was also fabulous. Loved our lunch. Thanks so much.
Oh and parked under the building. Super easy.

I was very impressed, we were in a group of 20+ and the restaurant was packed. All the meals came out within a few minutes of each other, they all looked great and no complaints on the flavour either. Staff were really friendly and allowed a split bill at the end. Highly recommend

Service and location were great however ordered the soft shell crab salad and was very disappointed. What was served was a deep fried mess. Next to no crab and mostly deep fried batter. My girlfriend had instant belly cramps and has left her feeling physically sick throughout the night and next day to follow. Very disappointed!

Group of six tried this for the first time. It was very busy and subsequently quite noisy, however, the menu is extensive with a huge assortment of dishes. All the staff were absolutely amazing, attentive and helpful. The meals came quickly, were substantial, and everyone thought they were delicious. Prices were reasonable considering the size of the meals. We would definitely recommend this venue.
WATCH OUT. I received a parking ticket today for parking opposite the Grand Hotel where the boat trailers park (no-one was parked there, only other cars without trailers) in the amount of $201. It was our first time there and raining heavily, so I missed the sign. Good old Gold Coast City Council revenue raising!
