The room was spacious and clean, better than i expected. The kitchen was spacious with a dishwasher, oven, and plenty of kitchen utensils. The parking lot is underground and has good security. The owner, Angela, was very kind, which made my stay at the hotel even more wonderful. I would like to stay here again when I go to the Gold Coast.

Really enjoyed our long weekend at Key Largo.
Angela is a wonderful host and goes out of her way to explain the ins and outs of the resort.
Location is great, on the Highway but noise was not noticeable. Near the surf club and restaurants of Burleigh Heads.
Room was clean with comfortable beds, but unfortunately in our room the lounge suite was a little uncomfortable.
Pool and spa were great and warm enough to swim in, even though the weather was wet and cloudy.
Highly recommended.

Angela is the perfect host, you ask, she will go out her way to help. The grounds are well maintained, the BBQs spotless, etc.

Very good apartment except for bunk bed in 2nd bedroom - had to remember to duck!!
Service exceptional - Angela was great, helpful, friendly and always cheerful.
Location was OK for the main area but not impressed with "iconic" James Street or the restaurants in general.
The national park was good for walking.

First day of our holidays we got terribly shocked! We've booked Key Largo Appartments based on google reviews and even the price was slightly high for our budget, we thought at least we are going to stay at an amazing place.
We drove from Sydney and were getting there a bit late and Angela, receptionist, was good and orginised our keys and check in details safely stored at the front of the hotel. Thank you!
However the cleanliness of our room was absolutely discusting and shocking! It was so outdated, old and dirty. The cushions were stained, the carpet was oily, stained and ripped at places. The sheets had also dirty stains and blood stains on it, hair on pillows and in the bathroom. Kitchen had oily stove and funny smell. The worst of all, there was dust everywhere , the thicket layer i have even seen in my life and the curtains to the front littlest yard had mold on them, absolutely disgusting!!! We have payed for this nightmare $1800 for 5 nights stay. Our son has dust allergy and started having heavy breathing. There was one half toilet roll in the bathroom and no bathroom utensils whatsoever, only half used soap container, probably left by an old tenants. We couldnt sleep all of the night and asked for a refund first thing in the morning. Angella was lovely and made cancelation smooth for us.
I would highly recommend to clean and refurbish this unit asap. Number 6! Luckily, we've found an amazing hotel for the same price with ocean view and very clean facilities after checking out.
