It was an absolute pleasure and fantastic experience to do Quantum Healing with Karen.
For the last few months, I’ve really been fascinated with the possibilities of self belief, and positive thinking.
I’ve been doing better in my meditations and where I’m headed in life.
When I found out about Quantum Healing I knew I wanted to experience it.

Such a great experience!
I have never had any sort of hypnosis before so it was great to try Quantum Healing Hypnosis!
I felt safe to open up to Karen as she has a trustworthy, calm and kind nature and it’s in a really beautiful space!

I waited a couple of months to write this review, wanting to know what might come from my QHHT session with Karen. Well I am ecstatic to say the insights and clarity gleaned from the session have manifested in my life, the relationship I want with myself, the intimate partner relationship I've wanted for years, a quiet peace and trust of life unfolding. Karen held a safe and Sacred space where I travelled deep into my subconscious and accessed the understanding and answers to key blocks holding me back. A truly powerful and revealing experience. I had such a beautiful experience at my first ever hypnosis session. QHHT was quite new to me and Karen made it feel safe, inviting and even fun :) I felt extremely relaxed after it, and all the insights that I got by letting my subconscious do the work were just amazing! I highly recommend it!!

I had a hypnosis session with Karen a couple of months ago, it was a long and deep one. Karen was able to hold space for my process in a safe, caring, and non-judgemental space. What I accessed during this regression was strong and profound, giving me important messages for what I am experiencing in my life right now. These messages were valuable tools to take action about some patterns I could then recognise in myself. Also, listening to the recordings after the session was key, as I in fact couldn’t remember everything I had spoken and powerful insights were dropping in.
I highly recommend Karen as a professional and healer. She knows well what she is doing.
