I recently stayed at the Marriott Gold Coast with my girlfriend to celebrate her birthday, and it was an experience we won't forget anytime soon. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to impeccable service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a stunning view of the ocean that set the tone for a romantic getaway.
We were given complementary wine and a small balloon cake which was such a beautiful touch from the staff.
One of the highlights was the lagoon-style pool. It was like stepping into a tropical paradise, relaxing, and enjoying the sun.
Overall, the Marriott Gold Coast exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s the perfect spot for a special occasion or just a relaxing retreat. We’ll definitely be back!

Really good hotel and very good service. Definitely the best we have stayed in Australia. Buffet is great. In room dining options are great as well. The lagoon and heated pools are lovely. Nice place to have a lazy day. Rooms and very clean. Every floor has a water and ice dispenser which makes it very convenient. Cheers.

The reception team was extremely helpful in helping me organise my getaway vacation for my partner and I. They made the whole process smooth and went above and beyond. I'm so grateful for the staff and the service! The room was perfect, the food was out of this world and it just made our getaway a memorable time.

We love our stay here! Honestly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in Australia. Perfect for young families with kids. Super clean rooms (one of the housekeeping is probably even OCD, all sides and under the table is cleaned!), nice city views, secret pool is awesome, the fish pool is so pretty with mini waterfalls. Beds are nice, clean and comfy.
Breakfast is awesome, the only thing is the menu doesn’t really change in the 3 nights we stayed but we still love them, the servers are very kind and friendly. Gym is partially under repair but I enjoyed working out here.
Location is slightly further than other hotels to Surfers Paradise -maybe 15-20min walk though so still walkable.
