I wish I would have come here sooner! Everyone that works here is amazing and do great nails, no matter if they are acrylic or gel they are perfect…. and they are all so nice! Could not recommend more

Had a fantastic experience with Hayley who has recently taken over this business. She was bubbly, friendly + my nails look great. The best job someone has done in a while. She definitely takes pride in her work. Thank you. Will definitely be coming back.

I followed Hayley here from her previous salon. No one compares to her technique. She is a perfectionist. Her staff are friendly and warming. Highly recommend Bling Nails

To begin with, I do very much appreciate the patience of the staff of saying ok to an add an acrylic cat claw set on top of the prebooked gel pedicure and trying to make it work for me. The pedicure was quite nicely done and deserve a 5-star review itself. (Edit: the gel didn’t cure/dry completely and is now smudged the second day). However, I felt I was treated rather rudely for a set of acrylics costing almost $200. The acrylic on my thumb and some other fingers burned so, so intensely for 1 min, likely due to them over-filing my nails to begin with. The nail tips were also stuck onto my flesh with nail glue. When asked, the lady simply said it was because my nails are too short and the glue will come off after washing my hands (of which it didn’t). I politely asked, and the lady was happy to reshape and add on additional acrylic on some nails a few times because they were uneven in length between my 2 hands, and the curve of the nails. As I wanted to save some time, I simply filed a little more of my nails myself to even things out when the lady was gone doing other things. However, she seems to be very offended by me trying to fix them myself, and asked me, 3-4 times, if I wanted to file and do the acrylics myself, of which I was quite astounded by because I have told her this is my first time getting acrylics done, despite knowing how to do gel nails. She said it was considered very disrespectful, and so I apologised afterwards, explaining I’ve always done that with other nail techs who were completely fine with it (in similar salons at a similar price point). I was also told, near the end, that I should just do my nails myself instead of going to salons or coming here if I wasn’t happy about how they did it. However, I simply tried to communicate what shape I liked, and asked whether we could fix them (so they look more even) of which I believe is a normal thing for customers to ask when getting your nails done. I understand we may have different aesthetics, however a bit more communication would’ve been helpful, instead of becoming very impatient, and telling me to just ‘do it myself’ if I didn’t like the way they did it.
