Tara, Veronika and the crew at Jam are amazing. Super friendly relaxed environment, even though they were very busy. Made me feel welcome and at ease. I had foils and keratin smoothing treatment all in one appointment. My colour is amazing and my normally frizzy curls are smooth and shiny. Thank you Tara, will definitely be back.

Highly recommend Tara and Ronnie at Jam. They are so down to earth and always make you feel so welcome and you leave their salon feeling a million dollars.
My hair has been dark, now light and I have regular Keratin treatments (which I love) for such a reasonable price. They make great coffee too!

The ladies were lovely and the place was easily accessible. But unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results of my service.
Jam Body & Hair Studio had an offer on Groupon for Keratin Hair Smoothing Treatment, but after I inquired, I was told that it wouldn’t straighten my hair, and in order for me to see straightening results I need to do the Keratin Hair Straightening Treatment, which was more than twice the price.
Anyhow, after doing the Keratin Hair Straightening Treatment and also purchasing the special shampoo and conditioner to maintain the results, my hair was almost exactly how it was prior to getting the keratin straightening treatment. 😬🙈 So disappointing.

Oh My God. Thank you Tara for an awesome experience and for making my dull frizzy hair smooth and shiny with the Keratin treatment. You made me feel so welcome and excited. I loved being talked through the process, both pre treatment and during the treatment. You are amazing! I came down from northern GC, and I will be making you my regular salon from now on which is so worth it.
