With difficulties both at my local chemist and specialist doctors/surgeons to renew my very necessary ongoing prescription the staff spent hours assuring this process and request could eventually be sustained. Thanks to there diligence I’ll now be able to pick up my renewed prescription once it arrives now that it’s able to again be ordered with the chemist nearby

We have definitely found the best GP on the Gold Coast! Dr Morgan Etienne is across the various medical problems my husband and I are facing - and makes sure we have everything we need to tackle our medical challenges, both serious and general. Her referrals have been excellent and feedback is informative. She is approachable and knowledgeable and always relaxes us when necessary. We are very happy and confident in her patient care. Hope Island Medical Centre is the best.

I've never been treated like this over the phone before in my whole life. The receptionist was incredibly rude, showed no empathy, and literally didn't want to hear about my condition. I've been to see a doctor at this medical center before following an accident, so I'm not a new patient and. I live in Hope Island and was looking for somewhere near and close by as I'm now pregnant for the first time. However, the receptionist simply said, "I can't help you" and hung up. This was my experience with Hope Island Medical Centre.

I highly recommend Dr. Hung for any skin concerns!
My GP referred me to a dermatologist. After exhausting all options and waiting over six months still without an appointment, I was recommended to try Dr. Hung Nguyen. I secured an appointment within two weeks.
Dr. Nguyen quickly identified the skin growth and scheduled its removal for two weeks later. He thoroughly explained the procedure, so I knew what to expect during recovery. His technique was swift and painless after numbing the area. The results were wonderful; you can barely notice I had a growth removed.
Definitely have a consult for any skin concerns with Dr Hung!!!

Yesterday I visited the Hope Island Medical Centre for a complete health check which I was greeted with a big smile from the reception staff, I was then taken to the medical room by a lovely nurse who checked my whole medical history and brought my medical records up to date after a through medical check .I then saw my Dr, Dr Damien Sullivan who checked my breathing heart and pulse and did a check for skin cancers. Dr Sullivan requested I have and updated injection for shingles.
The nurse then gave me the injection advising that I may experience pain and redness down the arm.
So this morning everything ok no pain and no redness the nurses expertise was absolutely perfert.
If anyone wishes to visit the Hope Island Medical it is a wonderful centre to make an appointment and have your health needs attended.to.by the whole team.
