Medical care seemed adequate on my first visit. Looks a bit run-down. Nursing staff were pretty good. Booked 9.15 am appt and did not get atteneded to until 9:35.

My first visit to a new practice. Super friendly & efficient staff, very clean & practical waiting area. Met Dr Thai for the first time, so welcoming, professional & knowledgable, put me at ease & did not rush at all. I left with a plan & feeling very reassured. Highly recommend this practice

After many years of seeing the same gp who didn’t take my needs seriously or give much empathy - I found Dr Thien Thai! I have nothing but words of praise for his professional service ! This man displays so much care and compassion for my unique circumstances, finding an doctor that listens and makes you feel respected and cared for is hard, but Dr Thein, goes above and beyond every appointment we have.
I’m very thankful to him he has changed my outlook on the medical industry and never ever lets me down. I couldn’t recommend him more. Overall a fantastic practice, receptionists and nurses are absolute gems. Look no further this man will change your life.

New to Hope island and new to this medical practice. We were impressed with the professional, friendly and effective treatment for my husband’s dressing check and change following his recent back surgery and Dr Chye took note of all important medical history and current conditions for my husband. Reception staff were good also. We will return.

I've never been treated like this over the phone before in my whole life. The receptionist was incredibly rude, showed no empathy, and literally didn't want to hear about my condition. I've been to see a doctor at this medical center before following an accident, so I'm not a new patient and. I live in Hope Island and was looking for somewhere near and close by as I'm now pregnant for the first time. However, the receptionist simply said, "I can't help you" and hung up. This was my experience with Hope Island Medical Centre.
