I recently had the best massage experience at Hope Island Beauty and Medispa. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I could feel the welcoming and calming atmosphere. The massage was a perfect 10/10—she truly understood what I needed and delivered it with skill and expertise. Her experience was evident in every move, making the session incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. I absolutely loved it and will definitely be returning. I’ve already recommended it to both of my sisters, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality massage that’s worth every penny.

I got the sale for $199.
Started 20-25 min late (was accident on M1) finished 10 min before it should have. Package said it would include aromatherapy foot massage, my feet were wiped by a cloth. Massage was good but limited, facial felt as though product was just being put on and wiped off. Lady was nice but body scrub with milk bath was only back of legs and back. Arms and hands were not touched and cream was just rubbed onto front of legs. Not as the package described.
I gave them a second chance, they were extremely receptive to feedback I provided on board and the treatment was amazing! I also took my mother who loves massages but usually the pressure is too hard! She came along and said it was the best massage she had received and Abby was amazing!
I will definitely go back! So glad I was open in communication as it was a whole different experience 😊

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Hope Island Beauty and Medispa, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance of the spa set a relaxing and welcoming tone.
A special shout-out to Jess, who was my therapist for the day. Her professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the session. She not only ensured that I was comfortable but also catered to my specific needs with utmost care. The massage I received from her was fantastic - I walked out feeling rejuvenated and my back has never felt better!

I booked in for a full body pamper package which included a massage, scrub and body butter.
I left feeling so relaxed, rejuvenated and my skin felt incredibly smooth.
Can not speak more highly about the team, their services and products are second to none.

Working in cosmetic industry, I have had my lashes done for years and years now. At one stage I felt like I have tried almost every 5stars rating lash technicians on the Gold Coast, and I am certainly not laking 'lash tragic' stories to tell 😂
By chance I discovered this beauty salon and recently under new management. The moment I walked in, it felt right, the atmosphere, the immediate attention from their friendly and knowledgeable staffs... I was originally booked in to have a peel done (which was also amazing). After checking out their lash service, I learn that their senior lash technician was professionally trained in Melbourne. Her testimonies and work samples looked promising (yes i go to that level of research for reassurance 😂 ) I booked in for the next day... OMG ladies, I am now extremely happy with my lashes and check out the results! Her skills are impeccable, love her techniques, products and level of enthusiasm to the profession. This will definitely be my regular lash destination from now. ❤️ ❤️ HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️ ❤️
