My daughter needed to see Hip to Toe and everyone was so kind! They could tell she was nervous and the staff made sure she felt comfortable and explained everything to her. She left very happy and no tears! Highly recommended to those on the Gold Coast!

This is a fantastic place if you have ever had issues with your feet and legs. I’d always struggled before finding Hip to Toe. No requirement for shoe inserts and all the pain is gone Jacob is amazing and so are Nika and Helen at the front desk. Can’t speak highly enough about this place. The results are amazing.

I walked around with very painful Plantar Fasciitis for 7 Months, thinking "she'll be alright". Within just a few weeks of treatment, the improvement I experienced, was noticable and such a relief. Jacob Love is a knowledgeable, friendly, gentle and kind professional. My treatment home-exercises (which is a crucial part of successful treatment) were staggered so that I did not feel overwhelmed and have paid dividends as promised. The Admin staff are super friendly and helpful too. I also had an appointment with Edward the Podiatrist, who mirrored Jacob's attributes. If you want to remedy your Hip To Toe pain / issues - this is the place to seek out for sure. Highly recommended

Unfortunately we did not have a great experience here which is sad as we had read all the great reviews. I saw Jacob who was generally sullen, cold and unfriendly. After the initial appointment, I signed up for the ongoing 15 minute treatment sessions. These were always running late and lasted about 2 minutes even though still billed for the full price.

Jacob's consistent punctuality and unwavering support have been instrumental in my recovery journey. His guidance, from the initial assessment to the final session, has been invaluable. Thanks to his expertise and dedication, I've seen significant improvement in managing my knee issue.
The secretarial staff are also worth mentioning for their kindness and readiness to assist with any needs.
I highly recommend Hip to Toe to anyone seeking physiotherapy assistance. They're truly the best in the Gold Coast!
