After nearly 2 years of knee and hip pain on my right side from a break and a fall Rod gave me 3 easy exercises. After 5 days of religiously doing these exercises i noticed climbing stairs had minimal pain. Now 3 weeks on and still doing exercises, and no pain up and down stairs and can walk longer distances easier. Love the amazing work you do! Thank you 😊✨️

I have been a patient of Mel McGuire for some time. I have a complex set of issues and it was after years of other treatments before I was referred by a friend to Mel. She was the first to look at the complete picture, rather than treat various issues in isolation. She was also the first person to diagnose correctly.
She brings a broad and highly developed skill set to treatment as well as a warm, engaging and professional manner. I never leave without feeling better, physically and emotionally. I am very grateful to have found my way to her door and cannot recommend her highly enough. Her practice manager, Bec is always a welcome face, she’s all over everything and good for a laugh.

Mel has been helping me and my 8yo son whom had a car accident. While we started to assist him physically, we have been working as well on his behaviour and emotional wellbeing. Every time I walk into the room I get so much insight of my son and myself. Highly recommend her.
