Absolutely Gorgeous Tranquility. I love the way Haven feels. Just like it's name. The place is a beautiful little Haven. Very calming and peaceful just like the host. Nothing short of Amazing!

I regularly attend yoga sessions at haven for health and it is a truely blissful experience. The location and venue is divine and the teacher is highly experienced. I strongly recommend coming!

Sharon is a beautiful person and an amazing yoga instructor.I recently had a one on one session with Sharon in her lovely studio which was incredibly relaxing and restorative and she made me a lovely green smoothie to finish.Her retreat is so beautiful and in very tranquil surroundings.I would highly recommend Sharon’s yoga and retreat to anyone wanting to totally relax in a beautiful place.
