10/10 customer service - the team here was unbelievable helpful and super accommodating, I was running late and although the warehouse team had gone they still got me loaded (thanks Chris!!)
To match their outstanding customer service the G3 I got is unbelievable quality and really well made - it does everything I need and highly recommend this unit to all my friends.
Once again - super impressed with the level of customer service from this company!!

First our things were delivered late it would say coming today and not come after I waited home all day for 2 days..
Paid for Installation but Don’t bother we did it ourselves as no one contacted me to come build it
Missing items from order went to pick up and item and then days later I realise I’m missing 2 5kg plates
The Equipment we have the g12 trainer is good quality I like everything it’s just very shit to be missing things and having to drive all the way there to pick it up when I paid for delivery.. also in the delivery There was only one person who couldn’t bring the stuff up my driveway. so I had to leave it there for days until I got someone to help me bring it up..

I am an existing customer and came into the showroom with a specific add on requirement for my all in one trainer. Cory was very helpful with my questions and patiently problem solved a solution for me. This involved measuring specific requirements and also even going into the warehouse to see if what I had requested would fit on my model. He spent a significant amount of time assisting me for what was a small purchase. This is characteristic of experiences I have had with GAF and their ongoing customer support. No help is too small for them. This says a lot about their business and the value they place on their customers. Thank you Cory and GAF. You guys are awesome.

Friendly, professional, amazing customer service 10/10. Lachlan provided all the info I needed to set up a full home gym, quick, easy no fuss, looked after us right through to delivery and install. Highly recommend.
