When I was about to order CHICKEN tacos, the ladies who work there said chicken always ran out or they have to prepare the chicken which takes 20 mins.
Something not right with the ladies staff and I can recall that when I got my order from Male staff, he surprisingly said they have chicken.
So if this feedback review by the management, can you tell if this’s normal to not have chicken everyday?!

Absolute rip off!!! Asked for just beef and cheese on Nachos got charged for extra cheese even though my daughter had nothing else on it and didn't even get extra cheese. The 3 tenders are tiny and definitely not worth the $10.50 paid. Will definitely not be going back!!!!

Missing multiple extra items that were paid for including a large chips. Food tastes pretty nice but the staff need to take more care when preparing orders and checking what they are sending out. This has happened more than once. But disappointing.

I worked there for 7 weeks and it was a pretty horrible experience.
The supervisors treated me very poorly, abused their power, lacked tact, put a lot of pressure on me and did not take responsibility for their mistakes. In addition, they threw away huge amounts of food every day. I do not recommend anyone to work there.

I regularly order the burrito with spicy chicken and guacamole inside. Maybe new staff being trained, but today was my tasteless burrito ever. A big lump of plain rice in a corner, not tight enough, not the quality I normally get.
Edited 2 days later: I returned and reordered my favourite on Saturday, Jayden you turned your detractor into a happy customer again. Much better despite it was a busy day in the shopping center
