Solid 3 stars. Sometimes you’ll have a 4 star order, sometimes 2 stars.
My most recent order the nachos were perfect; but the order wasn’t ready til ~10mins after the app said it was. They weren’t super busy. When I followed up it was “just being finished up now” and then was another 5min. Seems like they’re reporting quicker service than is actually being delivered.
I’ve had an order take 40min despite following up; and I’ve had an order where the portion was just sad. 🤷♀️
Never had an order incorrect though, which is commendable.

Incredibly disappointing experience here. Despite there being around five staff members and only two other customers in the store, it took 25 minutes to get a single coffee. The staff were disorganized and unprofessional—one of them started making my coffee but then left it halfway through to wander around aimlessly. It felt like no one cared about providing decent service and even forgot to add sugar when coffee was finally ready. This is unacceptable, especially when the store was practically empty.

I been at Gold Coast campus for 2 years, I'm type of person has doubt when it comes to try new restaurant. All the time I was not sure about their food tasting how looks like. Today, I've tried this branch really they have excellent food in terms of portion, taste, freshness.
For lunch, I had Burrito Bowel with chicken 👌, Tatiana, who served me, was very professional and friendly.
Regarding service, food and price I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good restaurant but they don't tell you when they run out of guacamole, they just leave it off the order which is kinda scummy, seen 5 people go back and ask why they're missing guac .

Ordered mini spicy chicken burrito bowl thru uber and I got the bowl mixed with little portion of chicken and fish. Is this the fresh food you guys serve people? When I called the store, they asked me to get a refund from uber. They did not understand my complaint was about the quality and their service and not refund.
