Went yesterday for an hour in the bathhouse with a massage straight after. Relaxation heaven! Nicole gave me truly the best massage I’ve ever had - not just in her technique, but her genuine level of care for my experience. I could feel the care in her hands - after a really trying two weeks, it was delightful to spend those 50 mins with her.
The bathhouse was beautiful - the wood fire sauna is a next level experience.
The 4 stars come down to just two disappointments - the reception staff are very dismissive, and had me standing waiting to ask them something while they finished their private not-work-related conversation. I stood for long enough that I felt very awkward!
The other disappointment is how the online booking system works - it’s very limiting in the times it will suggest. I had to play for a while to get the bookings I wanted.
Otherwise, always delightful at Ground!

If you are looking for a more relaxing, tranquil and less crowded experience, check out The Baccello Collective just down the road in Bilambil; well worth the extra drive!
Unfortunately, the receptionist was not friendly, it was extremely over crowded (we counted 18 people at one point), we did not get to use the small sauna at all as it was always in use for our hour, and this is located right next to a main road so you could hear the cars the whole time.... really not a very relaxing spot at all, Would definitely prefer my little oasis at The Baccello Collective that I visit frequently.

Amazing experience, felt like I was in another world. Beautiful trees and gardens. Amenities were lovely and clean. Perfect vibe. Bought some lovely things in the store and 5 stars on the coffee. Staff were so warm and welcoming.

I had the most relaxing massage with Carla today. She made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her warm, friendly demeanor instantly put me at ease. She expertly worked out the tension in my shoulders, leaving me pain-free and deeply relaxed. Carla’s professionalism and caring approach are truly exceptional—she’s the reason I would make future bookings.

What an amazing experience The spa, the different water temperatures were exactly what my body needed. Just being able to enjoy a hot spa, looking at the trees and enjoying the light rain on my face. Just wow!🤩 feeling relaxed and spoiled No pictures allowed inside, but even outside is just beautiful, cafe place outside is delicious 🤤
