Grill’d at Pac is definitely a busy store - deservingly so!
Ordered the BLAT chicken burger ($19.90). It was big, juicy and tasty. The chicken even tasted good by itself! Also ordered a mango pash drink. It was made fresh - so it was fizzy and delicious. Couldn’t really taste the mango though… and it was $9 😬. Also had their AMAZING fries 🍟! Super flavourful and the crunchy bits are the best. Definitely top 3 on my favourite list - if not the best!
Though service was so-so.. twice now that the order they gave us was incorrect, BUT they are very friendly and greet us on the way in and out!
So yeah, Grill’d at Pac is definitely a restaurant worth checking out 😃.

I ordered the Honey’d Hen Salad at Grill’d Pacific Fair and honestly, I was shocked when it came out.
For the price, it was the smallest salad I’ve ever been served. It looked like it had been slopped together in a rush — completely unappealing and absolutely drenched in dressing. There was barely any chicken on it, which is pretty disappointing considering that’s meant to be the main feature.
Also two ingredients were missing which were the seed mix and fresh mint.
My first reaction when I saw it was, “What the…?” I almost felt like walking away. It honestly looked more like a basic side salad you’d get at an RSL with your main — except those are usually fresher, better presented, and far more generous.
I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and this was very disappointing.
Another thing that was disappointing was that once I took the salad back to the counter and explained my situation there were 4 co workers just casually having a good old chat. The girl went over to apparently tell “the manager” then she came back to give me a refund though she couldn’t process it so she left again and some young man whom I’d assume was the manager because he didn’t even strike a conversation with me just pressed some keys on the pod system and plainly said “you can tap your card now” and that was that.
Absolutely shocking customer service.
I understand maybe your burgers are good but if you can’t make a proper salad then please don’t have it on the menu.
This was my first time ordering a salad from Grill’d and it will definitely be my last.

I just came to pacific fair for grill’d, I don’t usually come here but tonight has changed my mind permanently. Food was delicious and ordering was simple, but what made this visit unbeatable is our incredible customer service from Rhea! She was working hard the entire time, multitasking and doing it all with great manners and a smile. So 5 stars from me and thank you so so much for giving me a favourite restaurant🤭🤩🥂

Every time I go to Grill’d at Pacific Fair specifically, I have a terrible experience because the grill is always full of smoke, and every single time my meat comes out burnt. The last time I went, I had the same problem. I submitted a complaint through the app and they even gave me a free burger coupon — and almost a month later, I went there again yesterday and had the same issue: burnt and dry meat.
I’ve never had this problem at Grill’d in Surfers Paradise or Harbour Town. On the contrary, at those locations the food has always been delicious, exactly as the standard should be across all stores.
Grill’d Pacific Fair should be an example, especially because it is located in one of the most fancy shopping centres in the city.

I hadn't been to Grill'd for years, and there was no real reason for it, just many other burger places out there that I deemed better. Alas, I'm a HUGE F1 fanatic, even more so a huge Oscar Piastri fan, and well, I had to try the OP81 burger pack.
Honestly, it's so much better than expected, and I'm glad that's the case. And grill'd probably have the crunchiest tastiest chips I've had for a while, which is great! The burger was a work of art, well, in a sense. It may not have been picture perfect, but it was an amazing burger. On the smaller side, but the beef patty was on point, maybe a little dense, but that's what you get with a high-quality patty that gives you that steaky vibe.
I'm sure I'll be eating at Grill'd again for the food. Service wise, well, it's pretty much QR code ordering, so you really only get servers dropping your food off. However, there were servers roaming around asking tables, how everything is, and if anything else is needed.
Atmosphere, yeah, good at the Pacific fair location. It was fairly early and quiet, I can imagine it would be quite noisy during busy times
