As a former employee of Griffith University, Gold Coast Campus, I cannot speak highly enough of my experience working there. The campus is not only stunningly beautiful, with its modern architecture and lush surroundings, but it also fosters a vibrant and inclusive community.
Griffith University prioritises the well-being and development of its staff, providing numerous professional growth opportunities and a supportive work environment. The leadership team is approachable and genuinely committed to creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
One of the standout features is the university's dedication to innovation and excellence in both teaching and research. The state-of-the-art facilities and resources available to staff and students alike make it a dynamic place to work. Additionally, the emphasis on sustainability and social responsibility is evident in the university’s initiatives and policies, which align with its mission to make a significant impact on society.
Working at Griffith University Gold Coast Campus allowed me to engage with bright minds and contribute to meaningful projects. The sense of camaraderie among colleagues and the opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking institution made my tenure truly fulfilling.
In summary, Griffith University Gold Coast Campus is an exceptional place to work, offering a blend of professional growth, supportive culture, and a commitment to excellence that sets it apart. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a rewarding career in higher education.

University is a SCAM for most people aside from specialist skills - dr, engineer, lawyer etc. The quality of education and opportunity provided by Griffith is actually VERY subpar. If you want to be in debt for the next 10-20 yrs go for it! But it won’t help in this job market anyway. If you’re young - word of advice - get a part time job and volunteer in a workforce where you’d like a career and party on the weekend if you need that ‘uni experience’. Then gain employment directly through that volunteer experience. Don’t bother with this half-baked ‘education’ - it won’t help.

What can I say abt Griffith Uni 🎈📕🎒like every Uni I suspect none are perfect but GU try hard to meet the needs of their students with constant reviews & surveys asking for opinions abt everything frm courses & lecturers to campus & transport & that’s a good thing 👍 Gold Coast, Logan, Mt.Gravatt & Southport Campuses are all great but GC is exceptional & the one I know best 🏫🏤There’s spaces of all shapes & sizes; small rooms to extra large auditoriums; great cafes, food, PO, UniBar & UniShop; amazing Library & tech labs; tennis courts, gym, athletic track & Olympic pool; always social activities with food, music & market days ⛱️ ‼️ warning: bring your mobile ph., map & sneakers 👟🛼the campus is huge & people who’ve been there for years still get lost 🧭🧐🌀 You’re gonna L❤️ve it ❣️

Good campus with a variety of services. Some of them are good: the library, the free computers and printers, the lecture recordings, the many cafes that, although expensive, have some... acceptable food for a campus, etc.
Areas of improvement include the way assignments are managed. Group works weigh too much on the final marks, and there's a huge focus on research, while education is only tested via multiple choice quizzes most of the times.
All in one, a pleasant experience.
