Very large Goodlife Gym with lot's of space to workout, friendly stuff and lovely Gold Coast locals. This gym is missing few bodybuilding machines see more at other gyms and has lots space to expand for more equipment. The lighting towards the back wall of gym was quite dark and very liminal without any windows or natural light. Being a regular at Toowoomba Goodlife makes this gym the surreal experience as layout of both gyms do minor at few areas and have identical aesthetics.
You can get very good workout here and location near the beach makes for an excellent trip.

I’m so happy with my membership and experience so far, Angel signed me up and made everything regarding the membership so clear, she showed me so much care and was genuinely interested in my goals at the gym. Very grateful for her giving me the time as now I don’t feel nervous to attend the gym which was previously a huge barrier for me. So grateful and excited to kick my goals finally!

Instructors are fantastic, guide you through really well and help you when needed. I'm very happy and feel classes are of an excellent standard with interactive screens. All instructors are well trained and friendly. I love Reformer at Goodlife!

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, however I found there was very little empathy throughout the cancellation process. On multiple occasions, I raised concerns about the affordability of my membership. While I was able to freeze my account temporarily, it wasn’t until months later that I was offered a cheaper membership alternative instead of simply being expected to pay the cancellation fee.
I downgraded to a blue membership, which only allowed access to one gym location. I explained that I no longer lived on the Gold Coast and would not be able to attend the Bundall gym. I asked if my home gym location could be changed, as I couldn’t afford the cancellation fee and wasn’t able to drive to the Gold Coast just to use the membership, but this request was denied.
This whole process has been extremely frustrating. Every time I called regarding payments, I was expected to simply accept the differing amounts being taken from my account or wait for a manager to call me back within the next few days. Unfortunately, it always seemed to be a team member passing messages along, with no direct resolution provided.
I understand that terms and conditions exist for a reason when it comes to cancelling memberships. However, when someone repeatedly reaches out with concerns about financial hardship, I believe more understanding and flexibility should be shown to help avoid such a negative experience.
