Young blond haired girl that works at the front counter in the afternoons is the worst. This girl literally does not care about her job let alone customer service. I have given her the benefit of the doubt as this is not the first experience I’ve had with her.
She does not make anyone feel welcomed. I once tried to buy a protein shake after my workout to find that everything was locked up before 7pm. When I asked if I could buy a protein drink, she rolled her eyes as if I was an inconvenience to her job.
I’ve tried to have a conversation with this girl to lighten her day but I’m just met with a blank face and no response.
I’m even undergoing a PT course at this gym with NHFA and this girl is still reluctant to express any sort of customer service.
Enough is enough.
I thought Goodlife takes pride in their members and the customer service expressed by their staff.
This is clearly not the case…

Beautiful spacious clean and bright gym. Friendly staff from the door to the floor. Corey Buckman is a superb trainer, experienced and knowledgeable, on day one I learned new techniques to minimize the usual discomfort in my joints while training. Change rooms and lockers are clean and roomy. Love the dry sauna is in the change rooms so its ladies only after my workout. Professional team, thoughtfully appointed facilities. Glad I made the switch.

Don’t sign up to this gym, save yourself the headache. If you decide you want to cancel your membership I’d recommend sending that as an EMAIL so you have a RECORD of it. Do not have any important discussions with these people over the phone. They will simply lie about what was discussed over the phone so that they can steal as much money from you as possible.

The staff at Good Life is good, always helpful and friendly. However, it’s unbelievable how the Bundall unit has declined in quality over time. I’ve been to several Good Life locations, and unfortunately, this one stands out negatively for its lack of cleanliness, the bathrooms are frequently dirty, and the poor maintenance of equipment, which stays broken for days. Additionally, the overcrowded equipment makes workouts challenging and less productive.
It’s a shame because this location has the largest space and infrastructure among the gyms in the network. With improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and space management, it could easily be the best. I hope these issues are addressed because the gym has so much potential.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS GYM. They will continue to steal your money for months and months after you cancel your NO LOCK IN CONTRACT and then refuse to give a refund. They will try to ignore you until you go away while thinking they can continue to steal your money. This is the most difficult I have ever found cancelling a gym membership to be, their communication and customer service is absolutely garbage and if you value your consumer rights, save yourself the trouble and sign up to any other gym but Goodlife.
