Very large Goodlife Gym with lot's of space to workout, friendly stuff and lovely Gold Coast locals. This gym is missing few bodybuilding machines see more at other gyms and has lots space to expand for more equipment. The lighting towards the back wall of gym was quite dark and very liminal without any windows or natural light. Being a regular at Toowoomba Goodlife makes this gym the surreal experience as layout of both gyms do minor at few areas and have identical aesthetics.
You can get very good workout here and location near the beach makes for an excellent trip.

I’m not a member of goodlife, but my family and friends are, I thought I could give it a try. However the staff there isn’t very sympathetic and understanding to working mum and with young kids taking turn to be sick on my days off. It’s very unprofessional for him to say I’m not prioritizing pursuing this trial/opportunity to join the gym, because my priority at the moment is my two young kids and family, not my fitness goals. I don’t care how big your new year promotion is, I don’t feel comfortable joining a gym with staff like this. After this incident I would probably never join this gym in the future, I’m happy to stick with my Pilate classes at a private studio, at least I feel welcomed and respected.

Goodlife Health Clubs Bundall offers a welcoming and well-maintained fitness environment with a wide range of quality equipment and facilities. The staff are friendly, professional, and supportive, creating a positive atmosphere for members of all fitness levels. Group classes are varied and enjoyable, and the club’s commitment to cleanliness and member experience makes it a great choice for those focused on health and wellbeing. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and motivating gym.

I like how big and open it is. Good atmosphere, equipment and facilities. Could use a couple more chest, shoulder and back machines for my liking. Also, a couple more cable crossover machines would be nice. Music could be improved, but overall, it’s a good gym.

if there was an option to give zero stars i would. Goodlife is not worth your money. Consider this before letting them demand and take your money. I have many bad experiences with this gym and the staff at reception dont want to help you except take all your money. I rung up wanting to cancel but was told I couldn't and had to pay a fee of $290 to end my contract, which i understand. I asked for any alternative to this and one option was to cancel. I asked if I had to pay any money in order to transfer my membership over to a new member, they said 'no', it is a smooth process. But when the transfer was happening i was called and told i had to pay $1500!! I was never told about this and even asked if i had to pay any remianing balance for the left over contract months and they said no. This gym in not worth the money they make you pay, go find another gym thats worth your money, your time and you effort. please educate your staff on your policies so that customers dont feel cheated and lied to, or embarrased by what your own staff told the customers. Bad gym and not worth it. Go to fitness cartel or EFC, much better and the vibes are amazing compared to any goodlife gym and also its much cheaper!! :)
