Low on staff. Waiting time was 1-2 Hours. Staff would start on nails then leave it unfinished and would have to wait 30 more minutes. Had removal of a past acrylic set, was extremely painful, no soaking was done nor did they clean my nails properly. Still have acrylic left on my nails. So expensive for such poor effort done. The lady was blaming me for having lotion on my hands as to why my nails weren’t coming off.

My nails bubbled and blood awful by the afternoon, I had the worst experienced so far! I wanted a quick shellac for my birthday as I didn’t have time but the customer service is poor n non existant. Money wasted. I wouldn’t wast my money and time going there. It’s a -5/5 star unfortunately I have to give a 1 start as a minimum to comment

Don't expect a spa treatment, quality, hygiene or a relaxing environment. While the lady was nice, my experience was horrible. I paid $70 for SNS:
- Products are low quality and chipped within 24 hours. Also colour selection is limited;
- Polish didn't set first time around thus nails were soft. I had to ask them to redo my nails after they told me they were finished;
- Workmanship is poor and the finish was rough and uneven. I asked for an almond shape and got a mix of oval and almond with rough edges. Also, they didn't remove the excess polish they got on my hands and fingers;
- Removal of previous SNS was rough as she used a blade.
- Workspace was not cleaned properly as they just use a brush to get ride of nail dust; and
- Another lady at the counter tried to over charge me until I questioned her.

2/5 stars. I came from Adelaide and got
my nails done here in pacific fair and I was not satisfied with the results. I got my nails done Saturday and two days later one of them fell off and then another one the polish began scraping off. Came back to get them fixed and they did fix the two nails for free. a day later the same nail fell off. Also paid $100 for this set which did not even last me 2 days. Not coming back here, wouldn’t recommend.

The worst I showed them a photo of what I wanted and they gave me something completely different, they charged me full price, I already had the length from my previous nails and they made them so much shorter then what I wanted and told me that this is how they wanted it. Won’t recommend to anyone
