WORST nail salon i have ever been to.
Went in for shellac removal and just a fresh paint.
A young boy went straight in with the drill and continued to do that until my my natural nails were burnt off. Literally chunks taken out down to the skin underneath my nail beds.
Had to explain he needed to be more gentle with every nail he drilled which turned me into a mess from the pain.
After all this, he then proceeded to paint my nails with a colour that looked like it had sand all through it and said I will need to change my colour.
He then took the drill to my nail again to take off the polish he just painted.
After I refused the drill I said I wanted to go home.
The owner then wouldn’t let me leave without paying. DISGRACEFUL. PAINFUL. EXPENSIVE.
If I would give no stars. I would.

Ladies trust the bad reviews!!! Do not go here. It’s a waste of money. The removal of your nails is so painful. They did not fully take off the polish before repainting my toes. It looks like a 5 year old has done them. The quality and service is soooo bad. I am horrified!!!!!!

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. It was filthy. The manicurist had no idea what she was doing. I left after she started removing the polish off my toes. There was no nails or cuticles cut. The owner yelled at me at demanded I pay $50 for 5 minutes of their time. She was rude unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about customers or quality. Stay away from this place!

Service was poor and staff was unfriendly, payment was a hassle and product was cheap and low quality. Sloppy, lumpy polish that was left on skin and not wiped off. Not worth the price, do not go here.

Daughter took me for mani/Pedi here for xmas eve & have never had such a terrible experience before, developed severe infection on my finger where I may lose my nail & the pain has been horrendous! Definitely worse place ever
