My children and I have been seeing Dr Rajapakse for over 5 years now and have always found her to be very knowledgeable and supportive. Her bedside manner and kind personality has always made us all feel very comfortable to discuss even the most personal or uncomfortable conversations.

WORST DOCTOR ON THE GOLD COAST
I went to this appointment seeking help for my anxiety and mental health. I explained how much I was struggling and became emotional during the consultation. The doctor told me they couldn’t help with my anxiety and said it was “not a valid excuse,” which felt dismissive and extremely invalidating.
No doctor should ever speak to their client like this in a professional setting. Instead, I walked out crying and feeling worse than when I arrived. This is not the care anyone should expect when seeking help for mental health.

DOCTOR IS EXTREMELY UNQUALIFIED, UNPROFESSIONAL and should not be allowed to work in a clinic. I took my girlfriend there for help with her anxiety and mental health, and instead of support, she was met with dismissive, cruel, and outright harmful comments. One of the comments the Doctor told her feelings were “not a valid excuse” and refused to help. She left crying and traumatized. We booked another doctor the same day at different clinic and they immediately listened, validated her, and offered real support — proving that the issue wasn’t her, it was this doctor’s lack of professionalism. This doctor is dangerous and should not be seeing patients. Avoid at all costs‼️

I’m very new to this surgery but the team have been absolutely amazing and supportive each time I’ve had to book appointments. Refreshing to feel like a person and not just a number .

I’ve been seeing Dr Kothari for a few months and thought he was a knowledgeable and caring Doctor
Until I was waiting for my wife to finish her appointment with Dr Rupa
Dr Kothari started screaming at the poor receptionist for not asking if another patient’s details had changed in front of other patients and Doctors
I was discussed at his behaviour and thought he was a caring person
I have transfered my records to a different clinic and do not recommend Dr Kothari at all !
His behaviour was one of a bully and he came accross intimidating and threatening to the poor reception staff !
